  1. 1. players (all classes) taking NO damage while being stunned in fire in Hutt Ball...no other friendlies around them...they just waited it out and went on through....what?!?!?!

     

    this is due to client-based positioning I believe.

     

    Many times I stun a player in the fire, but he takes no dmg and when the stun wears off he's magically standing 2m behind it.

     

    Same goes for knockback, just when you think you're gonna throw someone into a pit of doom, he goes 45 degree some-other-way and survives.

     

    I think that the player is not in the same position on your screen as he is on his own, and that lag causes this.

     

    Happens A LOT and I've got 100mbit so it sure as hell ain't my interwebs.

    For teh last time

     

    DO NOT USE MASTER LOOT

    USE FFA OR RR

    TURN OFF AUTO LOOT AND ENABLE AREA LOOT

    ONE PERSON SHOULD LOOT THE BOSS

    YOU CAN STILL LINK ITEMS WITHOUT INITIATING A ROLL

    DETERMINE WHO GETS WHAT WHAT AND HAVE THEM ROLL NEED EVERYONE ELSE PASSES

     

    You don't have to shout, we're merely complaining about the knowledge of the customer service people. And if I had been more active on these forums I would've known and not used master looter but this wasn't the case.

     

    Perhaps they should write in the patch notes "Master loot still not working" or "Master loot disabled until it's fixed" instead of assuming all players read every post on the forums.

     

    edit: I even looked at the "currently known issues" thread by BioWare and it's not mentioning ML

  3. I've got "good" news about this

     

    I have received your transmission regarding you being unable to complete the quest Fate of the Jedi due to a ressurected class quest.

     

    There is a fix that we would like to use on you. Plaase log into the game as your Character everyone. To ensure that you are online please respond to the ticket 3376125 from the issue reprot screen in game. From there we can log on and we can fix your issue for you.

     

    Ticket response via email.

     

    I logged in, replied, nothing. Logged in later that day and the ticket was gone. Made new ones but nothing.

     

    Atleast it seems they have a fix.. maybe.

  4. First boss re-appeared after killing him, with less hp and went down after one hit.

    Second boss worked fine.

    Third gave no loot.

    Fourth worked fine.

    Fifth had holes in the ground when there shouldn't be any.

     

    I made a ticket regarding the loot (only got commendations and a recipe with master loot) and the GM didn't even know that it was supposed to drop items..

    I'm not trying to point fingers at any specific "gm's" but shouldn't they atleast have some knowledge of the things before they answer?

     

    edit: The span of my screenshots are from 21:47 -> 22:25 so it's a 30min+ chat.

  5. Interesting, I've been wondering how to best utilize project and not really found a good place for it since I'm busy with other attacks but you might be onto something here!

     

    however, those other points you still have to invest in the balance tree aren't that good, are they?

  6. fix this bug!

     

    I have put in 12 heat tickets since december 21st.

    Talked to customer service on the phone 5 times.

    Had tickets "escalated" 5 times.

    Been told it would be fixed in 4 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours and "soon".

     

    I cannot get any companions other than t7 and kira and i cannot progress their conversations.

    I cannot get datacrons on any worlds after alderaan.

    I cannot do any planet bonus series after alderaan.

    I cannot do any daily quests on llum or belsavis.

     

    All that needs to happen is the quest deleted from my log. Yet stupid cosmetic stuff is fixed every patch. This seriously effects game play. Customer service does not do anything but escalate tickets to obscurity. There is no way of talking to tech support. I have been patient but as the tank for my guild this is starting to effect not only my playing but others as well because i have difficulty gearing out my character.

     

    Fix this bug!

  7. I left tython without handing in the class quest "High-Tech Savages", and after completing some other quests I could no longer hand this quest in OR abandon/reset it.

     

    I eventually finished the "Fate of the Jedi" class quest, and am being told to return to the jedi temple on tython but now I can't talk to the council because the old quest is bugged.

     

     

    When I click the door Master Orgus Din says "GG, meet you on coruscant" even tho he's dead..

     

     

    Did a ticket and got the automatic reply "check future patches" :(
