  1. I'm currently stuck in this FP. I am at the fight with Bask Sunn. The cutscene started but I had to close out, thinking I just need to click something to trigger it again. The green triangle is stuck at the doorway and the panel which I assume restarts the cutscene is not clickable. I have completed the fight but Bask Sunn is sat in the middle of the floor and I cannot interact with him and still cannot touch the panel by the door.

The quest log still says I need to reach the fortune's folly bridge controls.

  2. First time playing post vanilla (KOTFE and later), I know some companions do come back.

Say I already know how their romance in vanilla play out from playing alts, do I even need to romance them back in vanilla? I ask because they will come back in KOTFE anyway.

For example: if my Sith Warrior doesnt romance Vette in vanilla; will he able to romance her in KOTFE? Or the conversation will skip the "Flirt" option in KOTFE?

Not all. There are exceptions for a few though if they are made available for same sex romance and a couple that were not romanecable in vanilla that become romanceable.

  3. I really like this addition to the rewards

"Are you worried about not meeting the criteria for this promotion? Fear not! If you miss this promotional window, the Umbaran Patrol Tauntaun will return again in a future game update."

Hopefully that will stop all the arguing over the rewards now, even if you miss one right now.

Hopefully not released later as a subscriber reward and then they forget about the subscribers that already have it and are given nothing, like Nico and Shae.

  4. It happens.

Try being a Cathar trooper. First off there is an npc that gives you a quest to find some stolen medicine that a Cathar stole and he will explain to you what a Cathar is. Um hello... then if you happen to be a female Cathar romancing Jorgan, he has no idea and tries to tell you about his people and how they find mates.

Or playing a pub Chiss and on Hoth some guy tells you that the men in the station probably wouldn't like having a Chiss around when talking about a defector.

Problem is they never recorded lines with unlocked races in mind so if you choose a race that is not originally for the class you choose nothing makes sense.

  5. Is it a bug? I always assumed that this was how the game was written.

It looks to me, unfortunately, like the returns of your lost companions don't really take into account the choices that you made with them during your original class storyline.

As a Sith Warrior, you could treat Vette absolutely horribly during the entire original game, and she will still act thrilled to be reunited with an old friend when you meet her in "Profit and Plunder."

At least, that was how it was the last time my friends and I saw it.

I also seem to remember Kaliyo being really hostile to the Imperial Agent when they reunite in "Anarchy in Paradise," even if they had a great friendship before ... But then again, it is Kaliyo we're talking about. "Hostile" is what she does.

It shouldn't happen to LI's/potential LI's. I've had reunions with LI's that I haven't had relationships with and the game recognised I didn't. It just happened with Vector.

I know what your talking about, that's the influence system and how you gain influence with companions both with approval and disapproval but that shouldn't affect whether you're seen as romancing a certain character.

  6. Before Vector returned I rolled an agent to romance Theron and avoided all flirts with Vector. When Vector returned though the game assumed I had been in a relationship with him and I got the romance part of the reunion. Meaning I either had to break his heart or dump Theron for a romance that never was.

What I want to know is if its safe to re roll and try again or is this still a problem?

  7. You don't have to be a saboteur, I did it on my loyalist. When you speak to Malgus at the beginning after the meeting he tells you to basically get them to tow the line and if they get too ambitious and stray from the plan you are to make sure they don't.
  8. My guess would be that Kira was a romance in vanilla so her romance has already been done and they might not want to make her available for both genders or open to begin again with males.

Scourge didn't have a romance in vanilla so they decided to start one for him, there are plenty of people wanting him as a LI.

  9. No idea. I played it with my imp saboteur who is romancing Theron and i got nothing on the end (actually some sort of tantrum about how so many lives were lost, even i went full saboteur route). Was actually quite disappointed on that.

I think I'll hold off playing my saboteurs if that happens. My republic loyalist had no problem getting a kiss from him at the end though so at least that works.
