  1. Hi! And now this loop of endless looking for whatever it needs to look for. And the Windows 8 compatibility thing comes to the rescue, yay! NOT! Why do I have to be doing different stuff and going into game files to start a game? In the last year or so, problems with starting the game galore. First with a win 10 computer that I had used for over 5 years (ASUS GL703GE) with the game and now with a win11 (Gigabyte AORUS 15X) that I've been using for the last 4 months.

Sorry, saw the OP post again and that the issue is with the PTS, but the loop is also happening with the regular launcher (in my case).

  2. I'm "complaining or asking" about the points you get for login. That's it. Nothing more, nothing less. I don't play every day, but took the few minutes that it takes to login every day, to the servers I have toons in. Thought this is how it works. You login 4 days out of the 7 in the week, get 4 or 8 points or tokens whether sub or not, and then you do whatever it is you can do with those after. And I bought the season 'cause I don't play regularly and liked what was in it & didn't want to miss it.
  3. Hi, Eluthan here, I've been login every day for the past..... I've forgotten already more than a month. Anyway, haven't received any of those GSPs(galactic season points or tokens) for the login. So, I'm here since the numerous bugs reports from the game result in nothing happening. I bought the season for one of the servers got those points. But after that nothing and those don't count. Anyway, any attention given to this stupid, insignificant matter is appreciated. In none of the servers that I have toons. Good day.
  4. That site is one of the worst for checking systems. Please don't use it.

Hi I would appreciate if you give us then a better one. In that one I found some of the problems with some of my game like whic my cpu or gpu or os are capable to play or if there is conflicts anyway all it does is compare your system with the required or minimum specs for a game. So really if there is a better page please advice, thanks.

  5. Hey thought I might as well ask here since the thread is still popping.. LOL

Does anyone think my computer could handle the game?

Go to that page it checks your system to see if you're to specs I checked all my games there, got a lot of surprises about my PC. Hope it helps!!

  6. I think the OP was just trying to help, which I applaud. About the person being right or wrong or misleading some will agree some will not, but for what I've read about both OS they are very different, and of course 7 is more advanced, think it would be logical to assume more info more processes etc.. My experience with Win 7 has been wonderful and prefer it than XP. The only problem is when I want to play older games. Anyway some of the fixes or all were applicable to XP since I used some of them more than 4 years ago. Oh and by the way I think SWTOR is based on XP not 7, but if I've read correctly about both systems Win 7 does a better job all you have to do is go to shortcut in compatibility put Win XP SP3. It might seem stupid but for me it works runs better(SWTOR).
