They are good, in the deception spec i have been getting quick kills, although they are VERY squishy but Khem Val is an excellent tank.
Loot is Generated 100% Based on Top Damage Dealt

Did a flashpoint with 2 other assasin's and sorc, only bounty hunter and imperial agent stuff dropped.
