Well my character dies in about 2 hits,

so I cant really finish quests.

 

Everything repaired, current gear etc.

 

Also I have 4 professions...

 

Made 4 tickets, but no luck.

 

I wonder if they can do a restore of some kind?

Correct. Just create new characters.

 

Reinstalling the client will do nothing for your 'bugged' characters.

Our characters are all server side so it probably wouldn't help to reinstall would it?

Uninstall through control panel and then re-install through origin.

My characters are all just got bugged and submitting tickets is getting nowhere,

and I'm wondering If I need a code or anything to reinstall -

At what level(s) do we get our 4th and 5th companion?

 

I'm level 30 atm, and am curious when number 4 is coming.

Diagnostics and Defragging type stuff.

 

Programs that run to make sure everything on the server is running correctly for optimum performance.

 

It may also include physical stuff, such as checking cooling systems.

Most professional server hosts are a bunch of servers in a temperature adjusted room.

 

Gotta love brain types.

The reason I ask is that I'm playing a lightside trooper

and all the dutiful good guy choices are making me want to go darkside.

I have 750 light side points so far. And either want to go all the way

one way or another, and am wondering if I should re-roll -

or can I make up all those darkside points?

Under normal circumstances it would be ridiculous. Under this stupid stagger access system, it's barely a good first step.

 

But I doubt they'll do anything like this. They just don't get it.

 

No, you don't get it. Bioware knows more than you or anyone does about how to stress test their own servers to ensure smooth game play at (free) launch.
