I have both Grit and Fortitude from the Esstran Exports vendor on the fleet, both are showing in my collection.
Edit: So yes, it does exist! I've had mine for some time.

I was thinking about this last night while it was being talked about at House Organa. Why not a featureless statue called "The Princess" or something? We'd know who and what it is.

Well I've checked their official twitch channel and everywhere else I can think to look. Since I believe the Cantina started at 12pm Pacific time, I think its safe to assume Musco lied at this point

Does anyone know if either bioware is going to stream the cantina event or if someone actually attending is gonna stream? Kinda like to see what they talk about there since the panel announcement was such a let down
I spoke to Musco yesterday at SWCE and he said it would be but didn't know where... so *shrug*
I know that's not exactly helpful... I couldn't be there unfortunately since when we ordered our tickets in October last year Saturday had already sold out *grumbles*.

So your argument is that a max influence companion should be worse than the WORST player in the game or else they are OP? So, in other words, companions need to be worthless or they are OP?

This fixed the issue for me - well at least I got the patch to start the download and installation http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=729911
... but i'm really tired of having to do this for every patch since 4.0
I went to the EA Answers HQ to see if anyone else had the same issue, found a thread, decided to give it another go and it's actually re-organizing data now, very slowly.. but at least it's doing something. I didn't have to do a thing. Relieved I can leave it going overnight now instead of getting up in the morning and dreading more of the same.

And since they choose the nearest server for you (so far as i understand the provider thing), it could happen that you get a server where the patch is not mirrored already. At least this is what i believe, based on the log entries i saw.

Well something happen, rebooted pc and now its "reorganizing data", and its ofc slow as hell. Guessing ill just let run the night.
That didn't work for me, guess I'll just go to bed and try again tomorrow...

At least you're installing, it won't even try for me. If it would just start I could go to bed and leave it overnight, but I'm getting the same problem as the OP.

Everytime I try it says upload 100% complete in about 1 second and then nothing happens. This has been going on for hours. Anyone have any ideas?
None but I'm having the same issue.

hm.. the yare up, launcher says it is 100% installing updating complete... buut nothing more - button PLAY is not avaluble( rel line a tht ebottom of launcher is stuck at these 100%...
Same for me..

Server's are not up, Eric just posted in the maintenance thread, I would wait for the server's to come up before patching. They're having client update problems.
