  1. 10 Predictions for SWTOR 2017:

    1. Taris Bonus Series bug from 2012 will remain unfixed.

    2. Preview window bug will persist through 2017.

    3. CXP will be unlocked to preferred status players at reduced rate, in attempt get back players that unsubscribed/quit.

    4. Few more servers will die.

    5. Cartel Market will be the focus of the game (again).

    6. There will be no new class and its story.

    7. There will be no new advanced class to existing classes.

    8. Wampa companion will jump to 300 000 000 credits on GTN.

    9. Group Finder will be 100% slower.

    10. They'll fire little left customer support people, and replace them with more bots.

Great list, honestly, it's very believable.

  2. I just unsubbed. I have never experienced such a terrible dev team before. They only care about what they want and not what the fans/veteran players want. Ever since 5.0 launched, there has been nothing but royal **** ups! I may come back for a day or 2 when Life Day/5th Anniversary launches, but after that... Done, goodbye.
  3. Not sure if this is a bug or not but for some reason I cant level up past lv 65. It says my exp points are 1252569/1252570 but even though in the chat window it says im gaining experience points it doesn't go up.

I'm having the same issue, I tried logging out and even quit game and still no change. Pretty annoying...

  4. I would love if the Priority Transport Terminal would be added as a decoration, it would be so convenient.

I think there should be decoration vendors on every planet, having items themed from the specific planet. Definitely need more vendors that sell decorations and not limit it just to the Cartel Market and Prefabs.

  5. I would like to see an Exar Kun hairstyle for all male species, besides Twi'lek of course. There has already been a Qui-Gon Jinn hairstyle added and it too was a long hairstyle for males. What I would also like to see is shorter offhand lightsabers (Shoto), there is already longer blades, so why not make shorter ones, just like in KotOR. Lastly, I would like to see Freedon Nadd's armor added to the cartel market. Freedon Nadd is an important character in the Old Republic and has been featured in the Knight of the Old Republic games, as one example is that his lightsaber was in KotOR 2. You got Tulak Hord's armor, so why not add Freedon Nadd's?

Oh and just thought about another idea at the last moment, what about adding ancient Sith swords, such as swords from these ancient Sith Lords; Ludo Kressh, Naga Sadow, Ajunta Pall, and Marka Ragnos.

  6. I personally think the new J.J. Saber is stupid and should not have been made. But I have thought of only one reason why it was made that way. Since lightsaber construction knowledge has been lost over the years and only a few know how to construct one, this "cross-guard saber" could be a crude design and the two "mini blades" are a way of venting the raw and unstable energy of the primary blade. That being said, that is my only reason I believe would be a decent explanation as to why it looks the way it looks.

Still either way, I will never accept this saber as a true lightsaber or even canon...

  7. I would love to have Lana as a companion for sure! I romanced her to the fullest with my Sith Warrior, the romance is to in depth to just end and not continue. Theron was a little annoying, but he is still a good character that I too would want as a companion. But also, in my opinion, the Shadow of Revan DLC seemed to be lacking something more... It had a cliff-hanger type ending, maybe the early access was only part of it? Although I doubt EAware would do something like that...
  8. I really think more than one capital letter should be allowed in your characters name. This also goes for role playing, my character is supposed to have have two capitals with a hyphen. I don't want to say my character's name just in case this does become allowed and a name change is granted, but for example of what I am talking about; A name such as, "Andur'Loth". The name is actually Andur Loth ("Andur" being first name and "Loth" being the last name), but is said together as a simple name (Andurloth). That is how my character's name works, but it looks bad to me when it is spelled like Andur'loth.

Now I know people could start making crazy names like C-R-a-Z-y or C-A-P-i'T'A'l and just wouldn't be right, but there could be a limit, such as only one hyphen and two capital letters, I think that would be fair and not cause such names above. The whole roleplaying aspect is what I like to focus on and names can make a big difference to the experience.

Also I found out the hard way of there only being one capital letter allowed, I swear in the beginning of this game more was allowed and when the servers merged and your name was required to be changed, I was unable to choose the same name so had to deal with the lower case letter. So now that I have returned to playing after over a year, I used my free name change when I subscribed and I chose the way I wanted to spell my name and then nothing happened to my name, stayed the same, so I wasted my free name change! I contacted Customer Service and got another free name change and tried again, didn't work. So I contacted again and I got a vague response and still didn't find out that only one capital letter was allowed, until someone told me in-game.

So now I wasted 2 character renames and still have the same improper name and I refuse to spend $10 just to rename my character to something I do not want. Yes 1000 Cartel Coins is roughly $10 USD.

I hope that my words are heard by the Devs and I would like to hear if anyone else has this same concern.

  9. Will you implement an In-Game Character Customization Vendor? (ex. Barber,Plastic Surgeon, etc etc...)

I think it will a great feature that everyone will enjoy.

For 1.3, will the new companion "HK-51" be released?

Last question for now, all Lightsaber wielding companions have a glitch that makes them always have there Lightsaber ignited, will this be fixed?

  10. I really think their should be a Character Customization vender (for cheap credits) in-game for our characters. Which will allow us to customize our hair, beard, tatoos and facial feautures. Peronally I think this would be a great feauture and everyones characters will look the business. :D

Also the addition of more lore like force powers would be good. I was a tad dissapointed that my Sith Warrior Juggernaut was not able to use force lightning when clearly seeing Darth Malgus use it in the cinematics. Could this be false advertising? Mainly becasue he clearly is a juggernaut by the way he looks. Mabye you could try to add more lore applicable force powers to all classes but it isn't a massive crime if this dosen't happen.

What do you think guys? Good ideas or not. feel free to add your own! :D

I agree with the Character Customization! I really want to change my Warrior's facial features and for the Force powers, As long as its balanced it will be great. Maybe in later Legacy updates they can add Lightning as a Purchashable ability and not the Legacy abilities the last only seconds and have 12 minute cooldown....

  11. I really want the FURY! It comes with a cool Malgus minifig and 2 Sith Troops. I don't care for the Republic Ship but I do want the Statele minifig. I will always play with LEGO, but.....its so expensive now, I haven't bought a set in atleast 3 years! Back in the day when a nowadays set that is $14.99 used to around $9.99!
  12. I miss the fact that I could log in. Walk inside my metropolis Cantina and see about 45 people having fun. Sure, there was always 1 or 2 AFK dancers but for the most part, people where there and talking. Jump on the stage, play some fizz and laugh a bit... a few hot pants dance moves and suddenly!

    - GUys!!! our 12 faction HQ are under attack!

grab my gear in a secret stash hidden in the cantina, buff everyone up and bang, we're in the middle of the city, fighting to defend it. Each time, the shuttle land, new allies arrive but this team is under X imp player and that guy is a solid leader. Quickly hide from fire, discuss on how we're going to jump in that fight and survive. Execute the plan and fight to defend our bases. 2 Hours, later, fight is over and while most of our turrets are gone, everyone is healing back up and cheering. The imps comes back undeclared and everyone is all happy on how crazy that fight was. Time to heal up and continue partying for the night. The undeclared imps are welcome to come inside the cantina to get some wound healing and spend the rest of the night with us. A few hours later, we all fly to a racing zone, pull out our AV21 and race to see who's the best. Around the end of the night, I go do my solo run in the corellian instances while my guild decides to go hunt a few kraith dragons.

The next day, crafters are happy because that fight cost us a lot of gear and thanks to them, we get to buy fresh armor. I just made half a million in buffs and selling all my stimps.

SWG was a boring game if you didn't play it right but with the right folks... it was the most connected and involved game in my gaming history. I actually felt like a Doctor. People came to me for my incredible buffs and stimps and people flew a long way to get them.

SWTOR... I log on, queue for PVP and play guitar until a match starts lol.

It was a broken game and there was so many bugs... Still, the one important thing that not a single game have today: A huge social involvement.

Man, that's all the community is asking really and no one seems to be giving it.

    Well said! ;)

Oh how I miss the good people and the GCW Invasions...
