    I thought about this hard. Their wording made the younger generation to believe that they would clearly get 5 days early access. The true meaning is that you could get 0-5 days early.

     

    I am of the older generation of MMoer and don't really care when it opens, it will be the same level of enjoyment to me regardless. Just because someone is served before me in the fast food line doesn't mean I wont get my food eventually.

     

    The bad thing is that it was a very deceptive way of getting everyone to pre-order, which of course is motivated by making sure they have cash-in-their-pocket investment. My son was fooled, his friends were fooled, unfortunately I just sat back and figured the access meant saturday at the earlierst and possibly not at all. 5 bucks when you work on average 60 hours a week doesn't hurt me much.

     

    HOWEVER, MMO players in general dont want to be behind when it comes to character progression and alot of their unique names they have played with for years have been taken. This is probally the two things the community is very upset about. Believe me guys, I use to be one of you until i realize games weren't very important. It took years for me to get over being this way, so I wont berate you for your current state.

     

    I dont write this because of any digust on my part, but for the digust my son has as do many other people that re-arranged their schedule so they could play. I am currently chopping wood and taking a break from it myself and gotta get ready for work. Very deceptive gentlemen and ladies (yes you bioware).

     

    See the rest of you in game. Do remember that Bio-ware isn't wholly responsible for the marketing. Get that taste out of your mouth and go do something for the rest of the week, this is going to resolve itself. I guess try to get to the newest server for your names and for character progression. Force be with you always.

     

    If its just the younger generation, It's pretty distubing what the English teachers are actually teaching because its pretty clear to 90% of the people im betting its just trolls, whiners, disgruntled and to a lesser extent the english as a second language (which i can understand) that dont get it

    for me iDC when i get in BUT i do care that this whole launch has been one thing after another with constant misdirection, half truths and lies coming out

     

    Maybe i missed it i didnt see and lies or half truths , they have been very vague and that was done on purpose and explained by them a million times why.

    unfortuantely no more waves today on stephen reids twitter he wrote third wave access emails have now been sent one more to go and the fourth wave has already been sent. gutted im 4th of oct.

     

    actually yestreday swtor twitter said final wave more tomorrow when they completed ...they did not say that today just 4th wabve sent thats providing a glimmer of hope to the closie's

    Why do people keep saying tommorow lol they never said fourth was the last wave.

     

    And they said they are doing more today.

     

    actually when they posted the 3rd wave they said one more to go... but the didnt say 4th and final or last wave when they posted wave 4

    Yesterday we got up to July ~30th

    That would be about 119,260 people.

     

    First wave today to to about August 6th Which adds about 100,000 more people (totaling 200,000)

     

    2nd wave today ~August 20th (300,000 total)

    3rd wave today ~September 10th (400,000 total)

     

    Predicted:

     

    Wave 4 Today: Up to October 8th, (500,000)

     

    Tomorrow:

    Wave 1: Up to October 22nd, (600,000)

    Wave 2: Up to November 5th, (700,000)

    Wave 3: November 18th, (800,000)

    Wave 4: November 26th (900,000)

     

    Friday

    Not sure about Friday. I have a feeling December had a big increase in digital purchases over physical so the prediction breaks down there. Anyways, it's just going based on who got in when and how many pre-orders were in at that time. It's a rough guess but I got it right for wave 2 and 3 today using it.

    yeah, it is not going to end well, dosent matter how many people got invited today, all people can see is that they barely covered 5days for EGA in 1 day, when there are still months and months to cover.

     

     

    Steve Reid stated on twitter that a large majority of the codes were entered in july so getting thru all of july ega would be the hardest part. after that the codes were entered in smaller batches per day so you will see large jumps in dates entered per wave.
