Hi
I was able to aquire the max 20 tokens in the last week of the season, but the reward i am interested in is in block B week.
As i saw few of my friends mentioning that pvp tokens are reset each season start, but did not find any official dev information of that I wanted to ask if i can keep my 20 tokens for 2 more weeks and than buy the reward want, or should i spend my 20 tokens before season resets tomorrow?
as the cap is 25 tokens i assume they stay between seasons and i have nothing to worry about but want to make sure and not waste all of them on nothing.

You spent enough time thinking about it to respond to them twice. If you didn't want to deal with internet forum randos giving their two cents, you shouldn't have come onto the forums to begin with. Or at least ignored your thread unless you got a response from Bioware.

What makes you think that *everyone* uses the same email account when emailing support that is registered with the account? What makes you think that *nobody* ever loses access to an email account and emails support from a different account in an attempt to resolve the issue?well yeah i had to use a different email to solve issue xd

When emailing support organisations about issue X, write only about issue X. Do not introduce issue Y as an adjunct, or you're likely to get feedback only about issue Y. I chalk this one up as being your fault.do not agree here, if thats how it works its just plain stupid
Regarding spelling and grammar: didnt really care about eighter of those when writing, its not a school essay, its a forum rant

i wrote this tex wall couse i wanted to vent after finally getting my issue fix and to demand a proper compensation for my problems. I dont want to contact support again couse i have enough of them for a looong while. So whether some swtor forum dweller like you will find what i wrote interesting is not something i spent 1 second thinking about.

Today im gonna share a story of the suffering and pain i had to go through to be able to get my subscription. On 8th of July i tried to sub over swtor webside but got the msg that there is a problem with my EA account. Weird i thought, but hey there is an option now to sub via steam, let me try that. Guess what. It didnt work. Money was transfered ofc tho. So i decided to call support. My phone runned out of money during call so i had to call again. Was told to send SS of my steam ID and purchase history. And so i did. And so i was getting no replies, i wrote emails asking if support got my emails, to what i got no reply. Alsow during phone call i learned that issue with EA acccount can be fixed by changing origin password. So a SMALL suggestion. Maybe the text should be saying something like:
,,Hey there is a problem with your EA acount and u are currently unable to purchase a swtor subscription. to handle to problem please reset your ea password and try again''.
I dont know about you folks, but to me it seems like a pretty decent idea dont you think?
And so i called again.
And the guy told me i was sending ss in wrong format and they couldnt see it. So i send them in proper format. And yep you guessed it, i got no reply.
I was told during phone call to alsow talk to EA support. I created ticket and talked to the guy live chat. Really nice guy tbh. One funny thing he told me tho, was to post on swtor forum on bug reports. Funny why? Couse i was unable to post there couse i wasnt a sub ofc
He told me he will forward the issue to swtor support. And so i waited 3 days i think. And yep you guessed it again! nothing!.
so yesterday i wrote EA again. they asked for email and origin id. Yep for the email i was literally writing them from.
And they marked ticket as duplicate. without solving it
So i wrote them today, a really long msg with all the details 95%of it was about the sub. And 5% about the fact that i cant view my ticket on ea webside couse its not loading.
you know what response i got?

I didnt know whether to laugh or cry.
So i wrote from a different email, from gmail, sent 2 emails one with SS other with not, describing the whole thing, the issue, the 12 days wait time, all the ticket numbers. And finally since i am able to write this sad-funny story i got my 30 days sub.
After 12 days since i subbed
After paying the equivalent of 30 days sub in phone calls
And what more did i get?
500 cartel coins
nope dear devs
I payed as much for 30 days as i did for 60
I play this game (with breaks ofc or i would lose the rest of my mind) since launch, pre order
I dont give a single f about cartel coins. i can buy anything i want from gtn
I demand addtional sub days.
This is what i want. not your cc. I waited 12 days, phoned 3 times (payed as much for that as for 30 dasy sub), created 3 swtor tickets, and like 3 or 4 ea tickets
and i have to admit while talking to support over phone or live chat they are helpful and nice
when talking through emails i get sent a not filled copy and paste replies with no information or they focus on the god damm webside issue and not on the thing 95% of the email is.
Yes i am writing this wile being annoyed.
Never have i ever had no many problems with fixing such a minor thing.
I finally bought a new pc and can play on ultra graphics with 200 fps compared to 15 on low on old pc which i used to raid nims with, i was excited to raid again with no lag and actually being able to show what i can do.
But yeah now all that excitement is gone.
TLDR: 12 days and 3 phone calls in, payed as much for phone as i did for 30 days sub, i dont want coins i want sub time.

I didnt debate that in the slightest, dont know what youre trying to say here.
But if the highest difficulty content isnt achievable for anyone safe for a handful of teams than it is not scaled in a way that is healthy for the game.
Becouse only handful of people care about nim raiding at all, most of players want sh, romance options or whatever. NiM is spoosed ot be hard. I never saw anyone leave the game becouse it was to hard. In the past months, however i saw quite a bit of ppl leave the game becouse there was no challange anymore and it is too easy. ,,No StAcKs is KiLLinG Nim RaiDiNG Btw'' is a stupid argument. (not saying you said that but i saw it earlier in this thread). Nim Raiders want challange, Its that simple

Nice to know that you're not gonna rely on public test serves anymore and just switched back to private ones with the same old two guilds...
so why gonna take the time and give you anymore useless feedback your team and especialy mr pucevich is gonna to ignore as all the feedback before.
last question. when is dxun nim test server coming up for the public andn not just your special developer guilds?
,,mr pucevich'' is the only dev that actually gives a fu*k when it comes to raiding and the only one i ever saw in game. He was there for hm/sn dxun tests on pts he helped the groups that were doing the raid and generally listened to what ppl had to say. I done care about musco or any other guy, but ,,mr pucevich'' is the preson i respect when it comes to listening to feedback

I am looking into what is up with the MM stacks. I know that it is a change we were experimenting with on PTS, but I am still confirming whether this was a planned change or an unintended holdover from PTS. I will let you know once I have more info.

Keep them removed pls. NiM in 6.0 was fu*king easier than 5.10 with 258 which killed the whole point of the name NiM. ,,Casual'' players who will cry about it are players who should never even enter nims. And not to sound as like a elitist, but Nim is supposed to be fu*king hard, and it is now which is nice. If it is a bug than fu*king keep it i beg you. Its the only change i love about this game that u made in ages. Since the introduction of 5.10 Nim was a joke and now it is actually nice. Thank you for actuall raiding experiance.

any ETA on when you will remove veteran stacks and actually make nims hard again? its easier than 5.10, you killed the point of nim raiding with this patch.

If you are seeing either of these things from crates, that is a bug. A Renown crate will always give you an item and the only way a shell would drop is if it was a set piece. An empty green shell dropping would be a bug.
I actually believe both of these issues are addressed in this patch but I will verify.

Can you please say somethign regarding the RNG as well? nice you refered to last part of his post, but thing we all are concerned about is still rng.

We wanted to learn from the lessons of Galactic Command's launch, frustration around Ossus gearing, and adding on the things we have done well.
[*]New currency can be used on a vendor to allow you to purchase a random item of a specific slot (chest pieces, etc).
[*]New currency can be used on a vendor who appears regularly has a changing selection of specific set and tactical items (to purchase exactly what you want).

Really? Which part of we hate rng is unclear? Noone enjoys having to rely on rng system to gear. Dont do it. Period. In any way.
As for gearing and all the new ways of it, new items slots which sounds pretty cool i have one request. Dont overgear people, dont give us 2nd 258 which is making not-godsnims easy. As a raider i can say i dont want end game content to be boring and forgiving, i want it challanging, please if you implement a gear level, nerf-buff classes after launch of 6.0, gont give us more gear after like half a year. Or at least adjust every PVE content to it not just one operation.

In the future, while i understand there are bugs in releases now-a-days, now more than ever before, so you really should have had ALL the content on the PTS to be tested,

Or maybe just the 1st story mission, 10 minutes or something to test if it works properly. Couse honestly, even tho i dont care much about story after all those years(maybe 5.10 story will change it), if it will be all reset on 6years old character, thats just *********** retarded. Please do a rollback. You still had time of expected maintenance and decided to start servers, cousing ppl to experience this story reset. Anyways, best of luck in bringing servers back up and resolving issus. And please start finally learning on your mistakes. Id rather wait 1 more hour than expected and be hyped for new content than play it 1h earlier and be disppointed by a bug.

thanks, thats what i was hoping for ^^
PVP season 1 indeed did not start with GS3, however it was announced it will last 12 weeks. (iirc 1st week was bugged and season pass prog did not work, so was it 13 weeks?)
The <PVP Season X will end in Y days> would be a great addition to UI and a much needed one i agree
@Shabir_Dhillon could we get such an UI upgrade?
Edit: I just found at the end of that article that :
Tokens not used this season can be carried over to the next season.
l guess i should have read it more carefully. Thank you all anyways for clarification.
