Anyone tell me where they found this codex friend said he has the codex but i cant seem to find it anywhere

[What war hero implant for pvp healer]

As the title says Im not sure which implant to get for pvp between the force lord and force healer implants basically i get 11.7 more healing with the force lord implants vs another 250 hp with the healer implants. Healer implants would allow me to stay alive longer whereas the lord implants allow more healing and more alacrity which i dnt have on the current implants as well.
