  1. Allow me a free transfer to a server that is actually populated by republic. I logged in last night to 23 republic in my fleet. I then went to The Fatman server and saw 46 in Tython alone.

Unfortunately, I am not going to continue to pay for a game that is very empty because the republic side of my server died off.

I think you drastically over-estimated how many servers you would need, and now we are paying for it.

I am sad because I enjoy the game, but I can't bring myself to login with nobody to play with, 20+ minute que times (If I'm lucky), and nobody in Ilum. Why am I paying 15 a month for this?

    Thanks,

    -Phix

they thought they would need all those servers because of the initial sales. they didnt think abou t what was gonna happen when people had enough time to get to max lvl and find out what kind of game they were getting.

  2. And what is your excuse for still being here? Just stirring up ****?

Cant helo the sub hasent run out yet, but dont try and deny that this game is slowly dieing.

Release: heavy to Very Heavy server status.

1 month in: standard to Heavy...mostly standard but still a good amount of heavy..

Current: Maybe 1 or 2 heavy..tad bit more standard and mostly light...

I have just as much right to sit here and point out the flaws of the game as the people that sit here and lie abou *** being an awesome game.

  3. What you're trying to say is, Rift did a far better job with far fewer resources at releasing a polished game, and then following up with rapid content releases and feature implementations to match people's WoW-clone expectations?

    ....k, I agree.

The market is pretty competitive for people to be saying "wait be patient just be patient and wait". Other games have features and proven developer attention. It makes FAR more sense to support THIS game based on its strengths. Storytelling, the IP itself, what have you. Saying "just wait it'll be like WoW soon enough" isn't good enough for people who have other options and, rightly, who also don't want to compare this game to a 2004 release.

I'm not saying Rift is a good game. I'm not saying WoW is a good game. I'm not saying TOR is a good game.

But I disagree with yet another "give it time because WoW didn't launch with XYZ features in 2004" thread.

So yoiu are saying people should play this game because it has a Star Wars title and it plays more like an rpg than an MMO?

Maybe they should of made it an RPG not an MMO? Ya think?

  4. If youlook at critics reciews for most thing they are totaly biased. Because this hold an EA and Bioware Logo they will automaticaly say this game is awesome.

They obviously didnt play more than 10 lvl of this game, because after that the game is junk. Somone eairler in this post gave it a 5......I say 3 at best and that is generous.

  5. The server seems lonel because no one really plays this game...outside of a few servers. They are gonna end up server merging down to about 8-10 servers and still nothing will happen because its a bad game.

The fanbois will stick around for the sake of staying in a starwars game but thats about it.

  6. They are doing something. They're fixing this game.

They arent really fixing the game if every 2 days they have to find a way to fix the fix they implemented 2 days prior, are they? So the "fixing the game" excuse is more of, they are fixing the fix that should of fixed something but instead broke something so now they have to go back anf fix the fix.

  7. I've never had a problem running either the beta or release game.

I would wager the vast majority of the problems people have with performance is either a mediocre video card or internet connection.

The whole point of this thread was isnt it odd that my game ran better in beta than in release so if your game ran fine in both awesome, more power to you.

What I am saying is MY game ran better in beta than it did in release. And if I can run on max settings on every other game then there is something wrong with this game since release.

  8. Great, don't get me wrong, TOR wasn't an innovative as I hoped either. It's still fun for now. It's a game, I'm here to have fun, once TOR is no long fun I'll unsub.

Ill give it to you....It was fun for about 2 days....then the bugs, exploits, constant fixes, clunky combat, unbalanced servers, bad pvp, repetative questlines, bad graphics, un creative armor and weapon design..... leads to a very boring and non fun game. But that is only personal opinion ( of many people I might add)

  9. Enjoy your MMO hopping.

And I still blame your machine. It could be that all the crumbs from cheetos you've been eating since beta have clogged up the fans in your case. Break out the dustbuster.

And yet you continue to show your ignorance. You sir.... should just stop talking.

  10. No MMO that's in known development right now is "next Gen".

Nothing out now or that's coming out in the near future is revolutionary or drastically different in some way.

Yes but they advertise as next Gen and in comparison to this farce of an MMO, it is next Gen. And hell at least it works like it should....

  11. :D then when Tera doesn't meet your expectations you can switch to waiting on GW2. Then when GW2 doesn't hold up switch to......

Nope plaed Tera. That game is rediculous graphicaly and combay wise. Makes this pice of crap look like you are plaing EQ. Only reason I stopped playing K Tera is I couldnt read Korean. Been waiting forever for that game to come out here.
