  1. This week we made several fixes with our scheduled maintenance patch (1.0.2) and three additional deployments (1.0.2a-c). With these patches, we’ve resolved several high priority bugs, including the following:

     

    Highlighted here is the mistake. I don't think anyone minds the fact that a bug like not being able to use emotes on a vehicle was fixed. The problem is that there are some big issues that people are frustrated about and to see emoting from vehicles listed as a "High Priority" bug fix just helps fan the flames.

  2. Come on guys. As any good development team out there, there are multiple teams working on bugs out there with each their own specialty. The fixes that have been released so far have just been easier to resolve than the others you talk about.

     

    They are working on it I'm sure.

     

    That's what I was told over and over in beta...

  3. Also, if you're not getting it, it just means somebody else is playing better, communicating better, and paying more attention to winning the game.

  4. I have to laugh at people who ask this question.

     

    The thing most likely to be the same in every warzone you do is yourself.

     

    Is this an admission of being bad yourself?

     

    I have to laugh at people that have this response to the question. I mean obviously 1 player can make up for a team full of incompetents...

     

    I make no claim of being a great PvPer, but the people I find myself teamed up with Republic side on my server are staggeringly terrible. I regularly go 10+ matches without a win. Obviously this will vary by server and even time of day, but man did I ever pick the wrong server to roll on ><

  5. Maybe you keep loosing becuase, you suck. Just a thought. I play Empire whenever we come up against Republic it only takes 3 people to know what theyre doing to take us down. Empire generally wins purely because we have a team full of bounty hunters/ Agents, because melee isnt as good at lower levels (The truth hurts), but thats another story.

     

    Because obviously the op is three people and not one....

  6. On Tertantek, the empire has a clear VERY clear advantage. Voidstar isn't even fair. Empire will always get the obj, yet the republic will never leave the first room.

     

    I knew empire had a clear advantage. During their first preview of the game at Comic Con San Diego they ran pvp count rep vs empire and empire had 2 times the wins as republic everyday.

     

    On tertanek as well. I love VS apart from this bug.

  7. Have to agree with OP. I haven't kept an actual count but if I had to guess, I'd say on my server we average a 15-20% win rate on repub side on a good day. Most days so far it's been 10% or less. Of the loses, around half are complete crushing defeats (Ala losing VS without ever getting past the first objective)

     

    Definitely have seen some great players on repub side but by far they are the extreme minority.

  8. +1 Game runs with 0 performance issues outside of Warzones. My FPS stay decently high but the ability input lag is making my Trooper unplayable in PvP. I really REALLY want this game to be great, but if there isn't some resolution to this by the end of the first month I will most likely bow out. ad 0 issues like this in beta.
  9. Perhaps it's just my computer or connection but playing a Trooper (Commando) is a complete joke. I get so much input lag it's basically unplayable. All of my major skills have has a cast time or is a skill shot which with waiting 2-3 seconds for a skill to actually go off are unusable. Not to mention the insane amount of interrupts/cc. Like I said may just be my machine or connection but PvP on my trooper doesn't happen. Classes with worthwhile instant casts (Shadow) I have no trouble ripping people apart.

     

    Secondly, Warzones for Repub on my server are a stomp fest. Take Void Star fr example. Most games I'm queuing in with 3-4 other players vs an full team. We get completely rolled over the first 2-3 nodes. Then finally other players start to trickle in and usually by the second round start we have a full crew. Far to late to do anything but lose.

     

    Generally holding steady with a FPS of 40-50 and a ping sub 40ms 99% of the time. Anyone else seeing the same or similar?
