  1. I've been playing since the second day of EGA and I'm still lvl 26 on my main. It is because I am an idiot and didn't do a lot of the quests on Hutta and Kaas ecause I wanted to se what would happen next to my BH. Now I'm stuck on Alderaan being too low a level because I couldn't do many other quests on Shadda and Balmorra (did alright on Bal) because of my lvl. I'm also an altaholic.
  2. (I will not write in orange, like I normally do because some people find it hard to read)

I see the BH as more of an ani-hero-ish character. They use actions that could be defined as evil, to achieve something they view as being right.

Contrary, they also use actions that could be defined as good, to achieve something evil.

What are your views on the BHs morals?

  3. Because TES (The Elder Scrolls) are single player games. Imagine being on a PVP server, spending weeks to get the best armour and weapons just to have someone get a critical strike on a high level attack, killing you and BAM you lose your hard-earned armour.

That and, it would be insane to be able to loot everything, someone could spawn kill a jedi mob and sell the lightsaber to low leveled toons.

The point is, that system doesn't work in MMOs.

  4. As long as it doesn't age to quickly, like 3 months and your character that was in their 20s now looks like they're 35. That wouldn't work. It also might not work in story because some events should only be a few weeks, like chasing a bounty.

But, wait!! What would happen to people who made their characters that already have the effects that aging them would cause?

  5. (I haven't read all of it yet, on Part 1, chapter 5 or something so I didn't read all your spoilers.)

I think part of releasing the novel was to explain midi-chlorians and how you can't transfer them to other people. I think they were also trying to make the force less scientific by saying that though they are in cells, they are more of a mystical aura that surrounds a being.

  6. Overall, a good character. Liked the Bio and the character sheet, but I just had two real problems with it:

1: Heritage isn't really a big deal, but you say you are a child of Echani and Mandalorians... Which unless under very... very rare circumstances wouldn't happen. Mandalorians and Echani HATE each other. To the Mandalorians, Echani are fluffy "warrior dancers" that wield weapons "not worthy to even a Mandalorian Child." To the Echani, the Mandalorians are mindless killers and butcherers. Two very different cultures that wouldn't be so keen on mating with each other. But like I said, heritage doesn't really matter.

2: Your character feels like 3 twisted together. When I started reading, I was ready for a crazy Smuggler and Pirate type of attitude... Then it changed to a Mandalorian Warrior bound by Honor. Then it shifted once again to a Sith Lord type of character. It seems that you are trying to mix three awesome personas, but maybe should stick to one or two.

Overall, great character, just perhaps a little unfocused at times.

WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG! Heritage may be one of the most important things in a character. It could justify the means of they do and it forms their personality. Would the son of a nobleman be a callous murderer? Probably not. Would the daughter of a beggar be a well educated scholar? Most likely not.

The problem with being Mando and Echani, besides the huge cultural difference, is that it seems like you want to be an all powerful warrior born of two "cool" species.

  7. Not this guy again.

We've been over this, they have auras around them when they pray because they are going deep into the force. Allow me to use Yoda as my example (again), Yoda , one of the most lightside-iest jedi, didn't have an glowing aura around him; how does it make sense some rebellious sith has one?

Force push would have a visual because it's a game and they would want you to know you used that ability.

    Case closed. G'day sir.

  8. I'd love to have that option. It actually could help people to start RPing more often since RP doesn't happen that often. Maybe increase the amount of social points though, maybe to 5.

    Derailing commencing...

I was on MG and actually found a few RP friends, I avoided Goldshire by playing on Horde toons. Unfortunately Silvermoon had a few of those people but it wasn't as often.

    Derailing ended

  9. I care about social points..............

Well I RP so I try to get higher ranks to use social items as RP gear. I enjoy grouping...once in a while. I love the storylines so I usually don't want someone to be messing with my story by choosing the snobby and aggressive choices (unless I want to use them that is.)

I'll group with my friends and guild mates for certain content, like Heroics since they're more fun with friends. But yeah, if it's a normal mission and it's not a special occasion (as in all the BHs in the guild group to quest) I'll do it by myself.

  10. How I started was by making a background for my character, and let that form his personality. Say a child was orphaned and forced to steal for a living, they wouldn't have much of a sense of guilt. A child who grew up on Alderaan as a noble would have a higher sense of chivalry. This is not always true, a thief could be a gentleman and a noble could be a murderer. It all depends on events of their past and actions of their present.

My first character I RPed with in WoW was a thief who witnessed his father's death and didn't care if he killed someone. I wouldn't suggest using the "witnessed parent's death" though, as people will sometimes respond to that by thinking it's a sob story and go cry somewhere else.

My suggestion is to Open RP with a few different people and find the ones you enjoy RPing with and continue to RP with them. That's what I did.

  11. We really need server forums for this... I more want to find out about other characters on my server.

But here is mine for anyone on Ajunta Pall. :)

Name: Llelaena Orlais (pronounced Llel-lay-enna Orlayis) ((Yes, inspired by Dragon Age... :p ))

    Occupation: Pirate slaver

Location: On her ship, Princess Snuggles, currently based out of Port Nowhere, at the edge of Republic Core Worlds and Hutt Space.

Brief Bio: Llelaena makes her living as a pirate. She has occasional brushes with the Republic, and has earned a letter of marque to act against the Empire.

Bio FAR to brief. I'm pretty sure there aren't letters of marque from the Republic or Empire.
