[Not given pre-order exclusive items]

Thank you everyone for your feedback. When I purchased the collector's edition I figured it would get everything any other package gets since it is the top most item you can purchase. I'll just have to wait for my collector's edition to get to me then.

Sorry, I'm quite the noob atm and have a question regarding the Pre-Order Exclusive items that you are supposed to receive. I purchased a collector's edition and just realized I did not have many of the exclusive items that I'm supposed to have besides my color crystal. For instance, my cousin mentioned getting a flare gun in his mailbox for his trooper but the only mail I had was for the crystal. Am I missing something or are any others having this same opportunity?
