    Thanks for the informative video! I have a question. I recently returned thanks to server transfers so I won't be able to fully gear up to WH in time for ranked. Is there a down side to just purchasing WH Force Master gloves and putting the armor/mods/enh into augmented shells for legs/head? The innate stalker mods have WAY too much crit and not nearly enough power. Its a lot of RWZ comms to buy both Stalker set + Force Master mods. Thoughts?

     

    The downside to this would be that you wouldn't get the set bonus because you would be missing the armorings. So, if you were going for the 4 piece bonus, you could put a doubled up piece in for your 5th slot and still get the bonus.

    To make it more fair you're going to need to start out of stealth, even then I would probably still give the advantage to the hybrid scoundrel.

     

    I disagree. It's vanguard vs scoundrel. Why would you take away a staple of the scoundrel class? That's like saying the VG can't use any of his cells because the scoundrel doesn't have them.

     

    Plus, the VG has stealth scan.

    You don't go afk during duels, that's a difference I suppose. Just don't make it a habit of screwing someone over who did you a favor. And I absolutely cannot remember any rep v rep game I've been in vs you. The only Eidolon member I've ever been in vs for legit games is Hasa. And I'd remember, you know how I make it a point to kill certain players outright. It's all your word vs mine though, so whatever.

     

    The duel I revealed you in, if you wanna post it, is a loss even if you did reset it, that's why you didn't bother.

     

    The butthurt is strong in this one.

     

    @Wohast Get on PTR this week, I need to test some new specs since old faithful isn't cutting it anymore.

    I play one now.

     

    They are UBER strong.

     

    Even with these nerfs... they are going to be UBER strong still.

     

    3 stacks of harnessed darkness with proc from thrash with recklnesses allows for..

     

    wait for it....

     

    wait for it...

     

     

     

     

    4k+ hit on shock (that's instant cast, guaranteed hit)

    followed by a 4 tick channeled lightning that has near 100% crit chance (+60% chance from the recklessness) that each tick for 2k and can not be interrupted. That is over 12k damage

     

    This is what healed for 12% and now heals for 8% instead.

     

    Considering HP is around 20k... 8% is still 1600 hp (this is in addition to healing you get from dark stance)

     

    Now.. the best part.

     

    You can repeat this ever 12s... muhahaha the second time, you won't have same crit chance because recklessness has a longer coold down.

     

    Shock -> wither -> shock -> lightning

    shock and wither give you the harnessed darkness proc, need 3 to get the healing buff. They also buff the dmg on lightning ticks by 25% each harnessed darkness proc. So 3 times = 75% more dmg.

     

    that's all in the tank tree.

     

    Ohhh and get this...

     

    With sprint, you just run out of range when ever you need, then pull, do your maul/spike/assassinate then knockback to get back in range for the shock/wither/lightning

     

    Things get out of hand??? no problem, immunity -> vanish... works like dodge -> vanish

     

    Ohhh but that is not all....

     

    I get to do all this with near 6000 armor (at level 43), about 36% damage reduction, 35% shield chance, 35% absorbe, and some high defence number I can't remember right now.

     

    Spike also works a lot like shootfirst but doesn't have the same uber damage.. It knocks down for 2 seconds but can be used out of stealth from any direction.

     

    This class is out of control lol. And a lot of fun. I was pooping on people on my scoundrel but with a sin, I'm like a magician.

     

    I seriously recommend it for anyone that enjoys a scoundrel...

    While I bow to your lvl 43 assassin wisdom, let me poke some holes in your description of how this class works from a full WH geared shadow.

     

    First, the 4k hit on shock. This is certainly possible, but certain conditions must be met. For one, you would need to be a different spec than the one you are referring to, have BM/WH gear, and have a critical hit. You make it seem like we do this every time we cast the spell.

     

    Second, the 2k x 4 tick lightening. Again, possible in 1.2 with DPS BM/WH gear (which you don't have considering you are 43 and gearing for shield/absorb (*gross*)). However, in 1.3 you will no longer be able to use relics/adrenals to pad this. In 1.2 my highest tick was 2.6k x 4. On the PTS, my max is 1.6k. As for the heal, 1600 hp on a WH geared shadow with an endurance stim. I'll give you that if the shadow gets every tick off. We get that and about 200hp every 4.5 seconds from combat tech. Woohoo...

     

    Third, the 20k hp. I'd love to see a screenshot of you running around with 20k hp at lvl 43, and would be pleasantly disproved if you could provide one. As a full WH shadow, I have 20517 hp IF I use an endurance stim. Without it, I have ~19100.

     

    Lastly and MOST important, doing this is every 12 seconds. If you have some magical ability that keeps your recklessness (+60% crit for 3 force attacks) from having the 1 min CD, please share it with me. While your at it, tell me how you do all of this without ever needing to regen force.

     

    I guess what I am really asking is for you to stop blowing smoke.

    Max Number of PvP Augments

    I am trying to figure out what the maximum amount of augment slots one would have if they are using all PvP gear. As I understand it, you have a slot for your gloves, boots, chest, legs, helm, weapon. Giving you a total of 6 augment slots. Is it possible to get augment slots anywhere else? For example, as a biochem, can I craft the pvp implants somehow (RE?) and get an augment slot through crit crafting? Or are there augment slots in bracers, belt, etc?

    PvP Gear and Set Bonuses - Do they transfer?

    I am trying to figure out how the orange PvP gear works. I see the orange moddable items that can be bought from the PvP vendor but they don't have any set bonuses. If I want to have a crafter crit craft me some of the WH armor, and I put my WH armoring/mod/enh in it, will that piece have a set bonus on it?

     

    Or, am I just going to be trying to crit craft the items that don't have set bonuses associated with them?

    As others have posted in the thread, you'll be able to trade Warzone Commendations for Ranked Warzone Commendations, so you will be able to begin purchasing War Hero gear before Ranked Warzones are implemented. We know many of you have been looking forward to Ranked Warzones, and apologize for the delay.

     

    BAHAHAHA 77925 WZ commendations to get full WH, assuming you are already full BM. This is some *********** innovating PvP, BW!

    Hi Georg,

     

    I took BM mods from the BM Forcemaster gear and put them in my BM Stalker gear. Is my gear going to be updated since they are all BM mods?

     

    If not, what can I do if I do not have all of my old mods/enhancements? In my case, I am missing 4/7 I replaced.

     

    Again, these mods are all BM level mods, so I am hoping you are adding the change on the mod/enh level which would update my BM mods regardless of what gear set they came from or are currently in.

    Can we please get a response regarding teams having more than 8 people in WZs?

    Screenshots of the scoreboard mean nothing. Only screenshots of the ops group in the warzone mean something (meaning: the ops group must show more than 8 players in it currently, and that, obviously, would have to be on your own team.)

     

    Why?

     

    Because the scoreboard shows EVERYONE who was EVER in that particular match, including people who left early. I've seen scoreboards that had over 20 names on it from the opposing team (or my team), but many of them were obviously people who /ragequit early because they don't like losing.

     

    Anyways...get better evidence of the culprits, then BW can do something about it. Otherwise, you're just wasting everyone's time by posting another thread about the same thing everyone has posted about 100 times now, and BW is fully aware of.
