Kinda self explanatory title. I heard in the 5.10 livestream that Khem Val will be romanceable in Jedi Under Siege. Are they joking though? What do you think?
I mean I'm not really complaining since I really didn't like the Ashara romance with my Sith Inquisitor because my Inquisitor is a full-on darksider and I couldn't stand her Jedi preaching when she was meant to be my Sith Apprentice. Her romance felt geared towards a lightside Inquisitor.
My darkside Inqusitor would dump Ashara for his loyal bloodthirsty Dashade any day
Romanceable maybe(i hope its true). romanceable by your male inquisitor no at least not in jedi under siege, they specified only 3 would be same sex romanceable and doc and khem arent in the 3. was sort of weird to be mentioned off the top by keith but then not addressed in the companion section by eric.

What's new since 2012. I just came back to check it out. What's the lvl cap etc?
current lvl cap is 70 but since you played the game is very different, not sure if 2012 was rothc(an expoansion) but even then the game is drastically different. For the best experience start a new toon and simply learn as you go, the game systems you knew or at least most of them have been reworked a couple of times.

while the interface editor is one of the things I love there are a couple of items that feel neglected, while i can save my UI for all my characters the extra bars i have set in places do not retain my keybindings, please give us this option that way once you have keybindings set to bars on a profile when i load that profile on another character my binding come with. second one that comes to mind to me is chat settings let me save the profile for created windows and selected channels with my UI profiles. Perhaps also allow selected options to be account wide as well for example show CD timers, show alignments and allow access to class story. I'm sure there are more but these are the things i most notice when making a new character the interface editor is wonderful just allow me to carry over my entire UI in my profiles please!

while there are several combinations you could use the most droid looking full set is series 212 the only thing needed to complete a full droid look would be a helm and there are several choices series 505,79,808,917,512. series 79 can be bought from the cartel bazaar forget which vendor. if you don't use 212 then its a bit of a mix and match to get legs and chest pieces that don't have flesh parts and to my knowledge the helms I listed are the only true droid looking helms any full cover helm could work but the ones I listed actually look the part

even tho I only play an hour or two a day while I play I shotgun beers then crush the cans on my forehead... that makes me a "hardcore" player

You are wrong on this point. According to EA, it is the casuals, not the hardcore gamers, that have been leaving this game in droves. The hardcore players are what's currently keeping the wheels turning. You should thank them.
Too bad his assumptions were factually wrong. But bad assumptions have never gotten in the way of a good read have they? lol
If you read the EA Q4 Script, you should be very concerned about this title going F2P. EA wants to push microtransactions across the board on all their titles. I'm sure SWTOR is in their sights.
just out of curiousity what is considered hardcore anymore ? in vanilla that certain other game ppl like to name drop i raided religously was playing north of 50hrs a week working for top tier gear, through the 3rd expansion i played what was generally considered casual no hardmode raids no set timeframes etc..., here it's mix and match for me but is it time that determines hardcore,progression,number of high lvl toons, titles or skill? furthermore at the end of the day it is a game a game is designed to be played so what does it matter how intensly you play r u somehow more valuable to a sub based game if u have more time devoted even though bioware gets the same amount of money from you?

Personally, I don't care if they pick silly names, they give me good chuckle.
I enjoy running across, 'Orly-wan', 'Qui-gong', 'Duke'skyvvalker (that's with double v)', 'Agent-ooseven (with the title Agent..)', 'Papa-smurf (chiss)', etc.
Now if they're really offensive, like having derogatory terms/swear words, then report them.
But, if you're not on RP server, don't get so uptight about other people's names.
lol papa-smurf i gotta say thats awesome! now i should mention i do not RP and the names levitacus and leviathn i have used for nearly a decade, if that is offensive to you by no means are u required to group with me or have me in your guild but also should i feel compelled to change or no longer use a name like levitacus because it may offend? In an RP setting i understand the fustration with variations of skywalker and revan etc... but if someone wants to be darth smurf-schmukatelli is that really so bad? i have purposely left out blatently offensive suggestions ie drug references sexually derogatory terms and anatomy as i feel they attract enough attention, but as for silly names who doesn't laugh when they see a good one liner?
this was not a response to what i have quoted merely got a good chuckle out of papa-smurf quoted for reference.

ok well rather then rerecommend somehting you've been told lets try somehting new ASUS ENGT440/DI/1GD5 GeForce GT 440 (Fermi) 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card within your price point and won't need a new power supply at least according to a newegg review guy is running it on a 380 like urs, this will not be the massive upgrade a 6770 would be but it is $95 and no new power supply hope this helps.

Game launched on the 13th and early access was "promised" on the 15th. Now, since we learn that early access is actually until the 19th, that means that 57% of players won't get those 5 days.
Is there any reason to keep a pre-order now? Gamestop already messed up by not getting pre-order codes to customers. I'm ready to just tell them to screw themselves and I'll buy the game online or cheaper off ebay from a rage-quitter. It'll save me a trip to the store.

I see many of you complaining that "my name will be taken" because you didn't get in during the first wave.
Well, if the name is so common it gets taken that fast, it's not really your name, is it?
I know, I know, YOUR Darkshadow is the first one in MMO history. Your Drizzt is the closest Drizzt to the real Drizzt. I get it, you've created emotional attachments to unoriginal names and it's hard to give them up.
But I'm here to teach you the one simple step to making a name that no one will ever steal.
Step 1:
Find a dictionary of a dead language
Okay, you're done.
Take your unoriginal name like Darkshadow, run it through ancient Swahili and bam, your new name.
It will be memorable, as it'll be unique. It'll mean the same thing your old unoriginal name meant and, best of all, you'll never find it taken (or incredibly rarely will this be a problem, but since it's a dead language just mess with the spelling.)
I think it's time that some of you try to create a new and unique identity for yourself, and the first step is a name that doesn't disappear within the first hours of pre-launch.
but that requires work. i refer to my natural berating of shennanigans as posted on the last /cry my name is taken post i saw.

Having an advertisement on the website in December saying pre-orders "may have up to 5 days EGA" was definitely false advertising. They obviously knew anyone who saw that and ordered would be thinking maybe 3 days instead of 5, but now they plan on staggering until the 19th? Those people will be lucky to get a few hours of early access, and im sure they knew that was the case, but having the ad say you may get in a day early wouldnt urge any more pre-orders, it was obviously devious marketing to bump up their pre-orders.
and it was ingenious as u joining in december demonstrates, good on BW marketting at it's finest not a personal attack btw just an observation.

I'm LOVING how people think they have bioware's inner workings all figured out. How on earth are you able to know what's going on at the bioware offices. For all you know they're defending the servers from an invasion of zombie ketchup bottles. Doesn't make sense, I know. Now you try making some.
zombie ketchup bottles after very little sleep may be more difficult then we can imagine.

I just want to thank the folks at BW. Yes, we're paying for the service. Yes, we all want to play yesterday. But they've created a great game and, if we want to keep enjoying it for years to come, we all need to support the team.
So, thanks, Stephen, and all your folks working their *****es off to provide us a rich virtual world... the excellent quality of which may be why some folks are having such a tough time dealing with the facts of the real workd.

Seriously...These entitled children, and I use the term loosely because I'm sure some of you whiners are technically adults, are just straight up shameful.
Take a step back and look at the big picture. The 'waves' are to ensure a smooth launch, correct? Sending invites during the daytime, and the daytime only, is the most reliable way to monitor that traffic. If they kept sending invites out all night, there would be a massive influx during the prime times tomorrow. This isn't about them working only 9-5, but about producing the desired results.
I'll harp on it again. Be appreciative of the extra time the developers have granted us. They could have more easily taken time away from the pre-launch. I swear if half of you people were half as smart as you think you are, there'd be much less hurt feelings in this.
sadly that was a clear concise and logical argument, however u posted it on the forums shame on u there is no place for such things here only QQ'ing and crying allowed.

In a way the "bonus" early access sucks if your not one to get in.. Its like back in elementary school, don't bring candy unless you can share it with the entire class.
We learn these things as a child, somehow they manage to forget.
ah but they did bring enough it's just so much the have to bring it in multiple trucks and due to traffic some r later then others.

For the record...
The Live Services team is working in shifts (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) for the next month to ensure that servers stay up, player population is well managed, issues are triaged, problems are communicated and bugs are fixed as fast as possible.
After that, we're on-call 24/7 for the life of the game.
BW responds to 9-5 comment LOL timing couldnt be better posted after 6pm. and yet still this community complains about the details, maybe if u spent less time chastising BW and let them work rather then facepalm over ur whining we may get the game we desire. Thank you Bio Ware for your hardwork on the game looking forward to playing tommorrow or on the 20th.

khem will only return if you sided with him, therefore a choice must be made by that point(ossus will choose for you if it wasnt done) so if zash is around you can only have the new discounted dashade who by his own admission fails in comparison.
