LOL - I didn't say I needed to. In fact, quite the opposite. What I did say was that I would not use it regardless of need. Because the few experiences I had with it were relatively negative, particularly in the context of a) guild runs and b) vanilla WoW group experiences.
If that was supposed to display an internal inconsistency in my position, I believe it did not.
You said it yourself, you won't use it. You won't have to either. You can still form groups any way you'd like. However, people who aren't sensitive will use it to form groups quicker on lesser populated servers, and at random off times. I'll say a prayer for you tonight in hopes you'll be granted some thicker skin.

You fit well with the other one I linked it seems, I like how because you had a good experience in a different game your 100% biased FOR anything remotely like it.
This thread was about cross server lfg, not about you or anyone else saying your opinion is better, state facts to why you do or dont want it, if you want to use your experience so be it but don't batter someone elses to try to make yours look better.

I'm not doom and gloom insofar as I have not experienced something. I HAVE experienced this - so not a single one of your quite derogatory comments is denting me. Sorry, your perfect video game world simply doesn't exist. If someone saying "GOGOGOGOGO" ruins your fun, I honestly feel bad for you. Its text on a screen...on a video game. I did. So did my guilds - both of them. I would like to think that we counted towards that 10 million.

@uruare: We don't hate fun. In fact, we love it. We just don't define it as running things with total strangers who scream bloody murder and screw with people fun. You do, plain to see. Good for you. Hope I never get stuck in a group with people like that. And with cross-server, it's guaranteed that I will. Because I won't have the choice as to who I group with, just whether I group.

You're the typical doom and gloom sensitive guy on the internet playing a video game that fits the stereotype. You act as if every 'LFD' group you join will have a "jerk" or a "bully" and ruin your precious fun. I experienced that once, ever. Group kicked the person pretty quickly, went on with our lives. You should want people to have easy access to every part of this game, you can still form your own groups. Also, if you have *2* guilds, why would you ever need to use a LFD tool? Don't you have plenty of people? Oh wait, you're most likely lying. Bye.

Bioware: Please DO NOT add a multi-server RANDOM DUNGEON FINDER into the game.
It ruined the WoW community and ushered into a new era of non-socialization. It makes MMOS terrible. For those who came to WoW AFTER it had been implemented, I feel terrible for your MMO experience. It was a bad decision.

I'm going to say myself lol.
I'm annoyed with myself that I can't seem to pick a server where the 'good' faction have players that can pvp. Instead I get all the headless chickens which makes me feel sad about the time I wasted, then I reroll to the other faction.

You NEED them? What for? I'm not a battlemaster, I play a healer, and I have 1 piece of champion gear and 4 of Centurion. I do well and contribute to a win because it is fun. I do not need the higher gear to do well. It would help, but I don't NEED it.
Oh my mistake, lets be perfectly correct here on a VIDEO GAME FORUM and say 'want' instead. You lost a huttball match, get over it.

After my dailies/weeklies are done I couldn't care less about a win or loss, I need medals. Good luck playing 7v8 cause I'm not helping.

B. Believe it or not some people don't feel like you, some others are NOT having fun or feel they are getting their monies worth.

You expect a game to launch with all the features of a 10 year old game, but with less time to do it in?
So new games shouldn't compete with the existing MMO market? I can tell you run a business. That is always the excuse, and its a poor one.

I went to Burger King today, but instead of buying anything or going to another store, I just told them why McDonalds and Tacobell are better.
So any day now, expect HUGE changes to the Burger King menu.
Food is a necessity. (Although not that nasty 'I want a gut food'.) A video game, especially an MMO, must adapt to survive a lot more aggressively than food chains. Whether you hate WoW, or Aion, or Age of Conan, or Warhammer, if they feel something from those games will help this game survive, they will do it. Its all about the moneys!

Many of the things the OP posted as plusses about WoW are the same reasons I quit that degrading piece-of-trash game.
Arena just doesn't fit in trinity-based MMO. Every season, a handful of comps dominate each bracket, or a handful of classes become godly. It has been the biggest factor in the nerf/buff rollercoaster in that game.
Also, I don't care about how many BGs WoW has. All but two are YEARS old. And the two new ones are copies of two of the oldest. The only interesting and fun PvP WoW has is rated BG. Even then, you're running six year old BGs over and over and over and over and over. The fact that Bw is releasing a new WZ already is an exponential improvement over Blizz's release history of new PvP content.
The token-for-gear system, especially for tier, was a travesty. There is no progression reason to run any end-game content in that game other than three dungeons and one raid. For months, it was two dungeons and one raid. This systems promotes grinding the same content for weeks. Guess what you do after those two weeks, when you've gotten all your gear from three dungeons and tokens? You run the same raid, kill the same eight bosses over and over and over again. When you're not doing that, you stand around on the capital city doing nothing.
Three dungeons.
One raid of eight bosses.
That's WoW's PvE end-game.
I'm sorry, but the only things I agree with here are the GTN improvements.
Haha typical WoW hater who makes up stuff about WoW. You realize how similar this game is to WoW? I mean everything is so close its scarey. You also must not be 50, the end game is the same thing as WoW, but with cut scenes and less content. You crack me up

Yes and they all log on at the same time... oh wait, no they don't. On average there are 1 million unique log ins a day with a play time of 4 hours on average.

Judging by the test server and the thread, all the doomsayers QQ was for nothing.
We now have a longer stun lock and slightly less burst damage. I've gotten a few whispers already today after owning people saying "enjoy your nerf thats coming" lololol

Hidden>backstab>debil>shiv>lac etc. People still die within the debil stun. Only class I can't kill easily now seem to be powertechs.

This is a fast guide how to always win never lose no stress (Imperial Side)
1-Queue For Huttball (YES QUEUE FOR HUTTBALL IT WILL ALWAYS POP, So no point to say queue for a WZ)
2-Check your team: You have +3-4 Socs and at least 1 Jugg
-(Yes) Stay and Win no stress
-(No) Leave and re-queue till you have +3-4 Sorcs and at least 1 Juggin in your team
3-Repeat for endless wins/valor
Thats all.

I also have a full BM Sorc, and people have posted one of my pvp videos multiple times in "nerf sorc" posts, so don't worry about me.
