HM at least the well roots the target and should be cleansed. It causes an explosion when cleansed so wait to cleanse until everyone pulled in runs out. Or don't. Damage can usually be healed through.

What makes FP lockout kick in anyway- I got a free pass, I could essentially re-queue instantly after leaving the group? I thought it kicked in, regardless of why you left a flashpoint?
You only get the deserter thing in you leave in the first 15 min or so. After that they grant that you gave it a college try and it is a freebie.

Just a (hopefully) helpful aside on this. Use Mad Dash to close with the magnet. Point yourself slightly ahead of it and dash away. Gap close with a damage protect from the pipe smash.

I set my mouse scroll wheel to cycle forward through enemies and back through friendlies. Quick scroll of my wheel and I have who I need. Easier for me personally than the F keys on my particular keyboard/desk setup.

That's impressive, considering that back in the day, everyone in the raid got an Irregularity.
RNG wonkiness? We did HM TFB last night and got 6-8 hypergates. We were thinking it was like Oprah. YOU get an irregularity and YOU get an irregularity.

Smuggler tank gear ftw! I had a guildie who was trying to gather up a full set of it.
As stated before, there is no such thing as class specific gear drops anymore. BW just didn't want to rename things when they rolled everything into the mastery stat. There is DPS, tank, and healer gear and it is all on adaptive armor so if it fits your role, it's free game.

Sadly even running as a DPS/heal class only doesn't always help. Scoundrel heals LOVE DPS drops with accuracy. BLARGH.

If someone complains about your health pool in EV HM (or KP for that matter), they have bigger issues. You could tank HM EV in 208 gear. But yes, the diminishing returns hit quickly on defense so you can easily swap out a couple optimized mods for the endurance heavy 220 B Mods for more health.

I enjoyed Rift for a while but as others stated, the story was lacking. The initial story was meh and as time went on and they added/changed things, it began to break the storyline until it was almost impossible to follow anyway.
I liked the soul concept from a glance but in reality it could and frequently was a nightmare. The game was easy enough that you could run almost any combo for basic content but finding an optimal soul combo layout could get overly frustrating. On the upside, respecing was super easy and you could EASILY macro gear/abilities and swap on the fly.
Guilds were cross-faction so you could talk to and play with anyone you wanted to.
The Dimensions system was top notch and what one could wish Strongholds could even touch. Rift was an RPers dream. If anyone still plays, hop over to the Faeblight server and check out the Templars dimensions. Still one of the most gorgeous, inventive pieces of work.

Please let us set the support droid to heals, dps, tank like we can with our companions.
Usually it isn't a huge deal but there is nothing worse currently than playing the FP solo modes as a tank with that droid as he continually rips aggro off you by taunting and you are regulated to usually lackluster DPS because you aren't meant to do damage. The whole FP would go faster if we could set the droid to damage/heals and let the toon do the tanking. Good for learning/honing our rotations and the whole thing would go faster.

Really? you think 25 glowing crystals is cheap REALLY???? As for buying these for 100-200 for 1 crystal, how dumb is that when an item only costs between 80-150 to buy from the vender in the first place. So you want to spend 300-600 to make an item you can get for 80-150?

Yes, really. It is cheap. I have 30+ of those things lingering in my bank bought with crystals just to keep from capping over and over and that is only on two toons in the last couple of weeks. I am by no means a hardcore player and I still have more crystals of all three levels than I know what to do with because gearing on crystal gear is so ridiculously easy.
Also, I think making DMCs available for radiant crystals is a great idea. I also support making them "expensive" so as not to completely divert running OPS for them as a viable and meaningful way to get them in order to get the crafted OPs pieces (mainly hilts/barrels and relics as far as I've seen).
Also, the items mentioned above can NOT be bought from a vendor for the 80-150 crystal price. Mainhand hilts/barrels and the proc relics are gear drops/crafting only. They are the incentives for raiding. If you don't raid but just do story content or the bolstered Tact/HM FPs, you do not need this top rank gear for anything other than bragging rights.

I bought yesterday and the description now says "05/28/2015 UPDATE: The SWTOR Cartel Coins bundle now features an Juvenile War Rancor Pet.". I can verify the Rancor pet is what you get.

Bumping this because the class restriction is extremely annoying when you can't use the crafted look you want on your Inquisitor because it is restricted to Warrior and Agent and there isn't an equivalent look on the cartel market.

There is also the looming VA strikes/negotiations that could be a variable on some companions as well. They may not be able to reach deals with them currently.

I also have SOOOO many mats at this point from gathering (Yavin is a hotspot for stuff) that I could make kits like WHOOOA if I had a schem for it.

So post-4.0, I have schematics for Augment kits 1-7 but there is not schematic on the Synthweaving vendor for MK-8 kits. I have carefully checked the vendor and my own schematics and it is not there. Bug on my side? I was able to purchase the MK-8 kit schematic on my Armormech.
I checked the patch notes as well and see nothing about Synthweavers no longer making kits. Especially as I have the lower schems. Should i put in a bug report?

Are you Pub or Imp side? I know the Space Cowboys (Pub) are running Datacron runs on Mondays at 10pm usually and do just a couple planets each week.

Its called multi-boxing, its against the TOS, if you feel like it you can report them when you see it.
Actually it ISN'T against the TOS as long as they are valid accts and do it a certain way (it no macros, etc). It can be done but implementation is the sticking point.
