Hah I enjoy it myself, reminds me of space cowboy! I'm not a fan of the Dreadseed myself actually, but hey personal preferences are personal preferences. Also I can also confirm the pants are on Makeb just got them myself. I just need the boots and I'll post pics of the full Star Forager set.

just completed my set
chest & bracers: alderaan (outpost landa /east of larantha damn)
belt & boots: hoth (outpost senth/ volcano south of snowblind)
gloves & helm: tatooine (crash of stardream/outlaw's den/transport ship wreck)
pants: makeb (cartel mining mesa)
locations rotate between 2-3 spots on each planet although you can just jump phases if you don't get it in the location your at and try it again.
Which set you get?

1000% positive checked it in three different phases got three pairs of gloves...
keep in mind that only two of the three are active at any given time in each phase so you might have to switch phases to find one that has the zone active
Hmmm so that means I need to find the third one....

Just checked there and still nothing, are you sure it wasn't the daily quest finding the metals in the volcanoes activating?

I know there is one on a plateau east of outpost surek.
I would like to know the third zone on tat is....the wreck of the starburst or whatever, doesn't activate my droid at all and I haven't wanted to go into outlaws den yet...
EDIT: I actually just found it...its the plateau in the western Jundland with all the heroic area sandpeople south of outlaws den west of mos anek
Surek? I don't see an Outpost Surek there is an Aurek Base but I'm not finding anything to the east of it. So either you may have gotten it misspelled by accident or I'm still not looking in the right area. Have any stronger leads or locations I can follow to find these other spots on Hoth?

Also to all those curious to the Star Forager set I'm currently working on it and will post pics soon but to my dismay the belt is EXTREMELY buggy as it is apparently stretched out and attached to my hands..... So unless you feel like waiting till they fix it I'd go dreadseed.

So far, there are:
3 areas on Tatoonie
2 areas on Alderaan (most likely a 3rd)
3 on Hoth
3 on Makeb (maybe more, I haven't been to all the mesas)
You can find 2 pieces on each planet, except for Makeb since I've only been getting pants there
Do you know where the other two locations are on Hoth besides the volcanic area? I have had no luck in locating them myself.

If it didn't grey out, you should be able to recover another piece. That's what happened to me.
Hah ok the boots are some where else, I've found 2 more of the belts in the volcanic area behind Snowblinds territory so the boots must be from another location. If you recall were it is please tell me. As for the previous person stating to use the macrobinoculars to find the treasure locations, not all of them are marked since I looked all over to see one on Hoth and there isn't even in the area I got 3 of the belts.

Some areas have more treasures than others. Outlaw's Den has 1 afaik, the spot beyond the dam on Alderaan has one, however Wardpost Landa... I still have yet to grey out my droid. I've been here for hours now and I just found another Dreadseed chestpiece, 4 purple 28 enhancements and an orange vibrosword.
Ok so I found the belt in the area past Snowblind but my droid didn't grey out, so should I move on to another location to try for more of the Star Forager set? If so do you recall the location you got the boots on Hoth at all?

Hi, I've been farming these things for a while now. So far I've found the chest from the heroic as Dufly said, however you can also dig it up. I've found it on Alderaan near Wardpost Landa, I also have the bracers which I acquired from the same area. So far I've gathered the chest, boots, gloves, belt and bracers.
Alderaan - Chest, bracers.
Areas the droid activates - Wardpost Landa, and the area just beyond the dam near the heroic area with the long bridge.
Hoth - Belt, boots.
Areas the droid activates - The new heroic area just beyond where Snowblind spawns, becareful of the "world boss" in that area. He looks just like Gharj.
There are two more spots on Hoth where the droid activates, but I don't recall their names. I'll edit this later when I get to it.
Tatooine - Gloves.
Areas the droid activates - Outlaw's Den, Wreck of the Stardream.

Did you find both the belt and boots on Hoth in the same location? Also did the level 55 area past snowblind stop allowing you to use the seeker droid once you found both of the set items?

I found the [star Forager Headgear] (bound to legacy) in the outlaws den and the [star Forager Gloves] (bound to legacy) in the NE area of the dune sea using the seeker droid. I had already completed the seeker droid main quest chain, but I do not know if that is a requirement to finding other pieces. I'm guessing that the best places to look are the 55 mob areas on planets where you had to go for the quest chain, but I plan to stop and search anywhere i get a seeker notification. I really hope a legacy weapon will be discovered.....
I actually found the [star Forager Headgear] in the outlaws den but there are no search areas in the NE area of the Dune sea so it does seem they are location bound but I think you are thinking of the wrong spot for those gloves.
