Stop attacking people, stop labeling people, and stop pretending the hours you do or don't spend with a video game give you moral superiority. You're an adult. Act like one.
You are blind to the facts.
I am in fact morally superior to people that waste their lives away playing a video game 24/7 and then attempt to discredit people that do not ditch their responsibilities to get on an even playing field. Look at 99% of these threads where the fully geared 50's insult anybody that is not 50. I am simply defending the working man to all of the insults I have read about anybody who is not 50 over the last month.
Alas, I am indeed an adult & there is no reason for me to further communicate my position to you. I already have a 3 year that I can argue with when he doesn't want to take a bath. No need for me to argue on the forum with somebody that feels the need to write everything in an obnoxious blue font.
Also, to everybody else, I don't care. I am simply getting tired of reading geared 50's saying "you should have leveled faster" or "your fault you are not 50".
Either way I do not care at all. I am just stating the facts here with people who ARE geared 50's.

I would think an adult who has kids and goes to University and holds down a job would have grown past making petty ad hominem attacks and gross generalizations.
People who were 50 in two weeks did absolutely nothing outside of the game. I am sick of level 50's saying "Just get to level 50 and stop crying about brackets" or "It is your fault you leveled so slow".
No, it is not my fault for having obligations. Sorry that I couldn't sit at the computer for 10 hours a day every day for two weeks. People who were level 50 and now have full PvP gear generally don't do much outside of waking up & playing the game. Which is perfectly fine for some people. Certainly not a life choice I would make. However, don't sit at level 50 after ignoring any real life interactions for two weeks attempting to discredit those that couldn't reach endgame and get decked out in gear at the same rate as you.
I have put in quite a bit of time (as much as possible with my busy schedule) and I am still only level 44. Other people with jobs, etc. in my guild are level 32-40.
It isn't a gross generalization. Are you embarrassed because you reached 50 in two weeks? I probably would be. Unless you are 14 and had no family interactions during the holidays I would probably be a bit defensive about being 50 and fully geared as well.

And what exactly is stopping you from getting to 50?
Watching the kids, attending some classes at University, going to work, going for dinner with the family, making music/art on the side.
Things you people that were level 50 in two weeks know nothing about.

At level 10 you had the choice of either taking a stealth/melee dps hybrid or a ranged dps.
You made your choice.

you already have it, its called Illum, its a no different from AV an is just a farming spot for shinys. No real pvp happens, it cant as its in an instance. World pvp is meant to be everywhere, sadly bioware dont understand pvp so we have this remap of wow an rift. Hell even rift had world pvp for a few months. 3 weeks in, an now none fights on swiftsure. I waved to 15 reds yesterday an they all waved back. As there is no point to killing.
Pffft.
I had some of my funnest solo pvp fights versus 2-3 players against me alone in AV. The wide openness and large size of the map adding in the amount of players in the game allows for excellent fights. Even the tricky bastards who ran around the poles of the towers made it fun (though sometimes annoying when you had a Druid dropping hots on himself running around and weaving through those windows lol). It was always a challenge and I can't tell you how many epic PLAYER VERSUS PLAYER fights I had in AV.
Just because there were PvE objectives to end the matches doesn't mean the PvP wasn't fierce and full of fun throughout the entire matches.
AV and AB are my all-time favorite battlegrounds from any game that I have ever played. Followed by Warsong Gulch.
No I have not played World of Warcraft for two years now. However, I certainly have fond memories of some serious epic moments from when I did play.

No they should not "waste" their resources on world pvp.
Instead they should not waste any resources and they should get it right.
MORE WORLD PVP PLEASE BUT NEXT TIME DO IT RIGHT.

I am a reasonable Huttball player, but I cannot pass worth crap. Teach me.
I have solid court awareness and am constantly looking to pass, save my cooldowns for when needed etc., but I have difficulties actually passing the ball. I have the pass ability itself keymapped, but I just cannot actually get the pass to execute much of the time. It's not an incomplete pass, but the darn thing just doesn't pass... Any tips are appreciated.
I know exactly what you are missing.
When you trigger the ability it puts a marker on the ground, you then have to move that marker on the ground to where you want to pass.
I remember my first few games I had not realized that and I was spamming the ability wondering why it would not pass.
So be sure to hit the ability while you are running with the ball and you can actually run with the marker on the ground ready to pass it, if you get in trouble you already have the ground marker prepared and you can just hit the pass button one more time & it will pass to where you have your mouse marking the location.
So basically, to pass you actually have to hit the button twice. Once to activate the ground marker and once to pass to that location.
This should solve all of your problems.

The changes on the test server to Ilum incoming took into ZERO consideration faction population imbalance and are about to seal the deal for the worse.
Altogether the PvP is a massive mess and...something I cannot continue with.
Fact is, the worlds top pvpers quit the game before they even got to endgame because of how flawed the entire pvp system is from top to bottom.
Worst PvP I have ever seen. I am on the forums when I should be playing.
Zero interest anymore. It's just frustrating and I have 6 days to speak my two cents before my sub is up.
SWTOR will never cater to the PvP crowd because the game was founded without a genuine PvP platform from the ground up and they have already shunned away their pvp crowd who are less likely to give a second chance even if they do announce some new systems.
Any way you slice it the PvP here is NOT my cup of tea.

But to cancel your subscription and post it like a douche in the forums. You sir and everyone that has the same opinion should think about how stupid they are acting to achive absolutely nothing. I put out more healing than the best DPS from the Sith team. We lost this one, but please don't tell me healers aren't important in PvP. If you divide my healing totals by the average health bar of your average player (14k) then you might work out how much of a contribution healers can make.

Or get a clue about the game, actually PLAY the game at level 50 with some gear, practice and get better. If you did this you'd notice its not nearly as bad as you make it sound.
Its just so easy for people to put the blame on everyone else but themselves.
People just really have to get over themselves and realize that they arent as good as they might think.
I top healing in every warzone I am in.
I am better than I think.
Yet I only do this amount of healing with death after death when DPS notice me and come after me.
Roll a *********** healer.

Result. I'm tired of sages constantly complaining about being underpowered because they can't hammer everyone. Sages are one of the hardest classes to play against when they know what they're doing. The problem is alot of them don't and they'd suck just as much on any other class. The quoted post pretty much shows all of the reasons why its hard to fight against in the right hands.
If sage is too hard to figure out, try trooper, but don't complain when you wear out whatever key grav round is bound to.
All these favouritism posts are comical. There is a big difference between one side having an advantage and the full on conspiracy against Republic players like you tin foil hat wearers are putting forward.
Its just ridiculous.
Roll Republic and test **** out.

Just retire your healers, guys. It's what I did.
When enough people stop PvPing with their healers BioWare will notice.
They won't change anything of course because their PvP team is dumb, but they'll notice.
I went the extra mile and canceled.
Why am I still here? I still have 6 days to put my two credits in and because I followed this game for 5 years....so I care.

People (DPS) say "well you just want to be a God and outheal 5 people"
NO. We just want to be able to do our role and survive when 1-2 DPS get on us. Not like we can kill them either...but we should be able to have a chance to outheal their burst and survive if we use our tools.
In this game I can blow every one of my cooldowns and heal my *** off and still get taken down in 5-8 seconds by a focus firing dps.
It's super stupid how lame healers are in PvP in this game.
Disagree? Please roll a damn healer and do a crap load of warzones and see how you feel. Please?
You DPS need to stop it on the forums. All you do is say "we shouldn't be Gods" and "this isn't WoW". **** OFF. Try rolling a healer....you know damn well you can take out healers like it's nothing in this game. YOU are contributing the games downfall. Wake the **** up and realize that before it is too late.
