[When Do You Recieve Monthly Stipend?]

Hello. I just re-subbed on Aug 8th and received my allotment of coins on that date. It's now been a month later and I have not received my next stipend. Is there a set date each month that everyone receives their monthly allotment or is it a rolling 30 days? In essence, should I be opening a support ticket because my coins are "late" or is there some date I should expect to receive them?

What makes you so special? If they move it to your date, what about the person who bought it on the 6th? I mean, there has to be a hard cut-off. Why do people get so butt-hurt over things like this? Does this change really impact your playing experience? If it's because you feel like they hurt you as a consumer, you are in for a lifetime of disappointment from a great many companies.

 

They could easily pro-rate the cartel coin refund across the six months. The longer you had to play the expansion, the fewer coins you get back.
