  1. Well, storywise you should look at it this way:

    Trooper:

The 3 Dark Council members were killed by Havoc Squad, a 6 man elite military unit, the best in the entire republic. (The game only allows one companion, but the Trooper story is about Havoc Squad. Not the Trooper and some supporting characters like most other stories most of the time.)

Havoc squad took 3 chapters to become that good. It took more time for them than for the Inquisitor.

    Smuggler:

Luck. In 99 out of 100 tries he would have died against the DC members, especially against Darth Decimus. But this time he got lucky. (It would be interesting to hear what the Sith said to him. I wouldn't be surprised if the unserestimated him.)

Edit: More explanation on the Smuggler

As a Sith, you are challanged by a lot of different people. Other Sith's, but you also have fought soldiers in your life. these are things you know. You have learned to counter Force users and also professionals. You don't have to fight civilians, they fear the Sith too much to even try.

But suddenly there is this foolhardy smuggler who wants to give it a try. He doesn't plan carefully, so you can't read his mind and anticipate his moves. He trusts his instincts, but they are non-Force instincts, so they are difficult to predict. And he fights with methodes you never saw before. He takes cover, and when you come he suddenly pulls out a shotgun (can't counter with lightsaber) and shoots you in the face. As a Sith you survive of course, and he just kicks you in the nuts.

So the Smuggler is gambling on the fact that Dark Council members have never fight smugglers. The Inquisitor on the other hand would be stupid to assume Darth Thanaton would have never fought an Inquisitor.

The only time Havoc ever even mentions going out as a team is during chapter finales, they're special forces, they're made to be flexible, i.e. only one or two going out at a time.

  2. I'm thinkin some quest's were given to this guy, some to this guy, some to this guy, but the main planetary quest line was all given to this guy. That's my theory. Of course, the order of who gets what quests changes though.
  3. First, where do you get this mask? From the CE vendor?

Second, they are not retconning anything. Lore goes only so far in a videogame. This is like the cries about color crystals that popped up a few months back. It doesn't mean anything since it is for PLAYER CHARACTERS, which are not canon. Now if the entire Dark Council wore them it would be differant.

Actually, you have no proof your or my character's are completely canon, since no canon has been established yet.

  4. The powers visualized in the force unleashed were greatly exaggerated and the level at which they function are not canon.

Short answer is no, you cannot do that.

They actually are cannon, he's been quoted from Sidious himself that they could've been equals.

  5. In terms of power, I'd have to go with

ranged dps: Aric Jorgan, he's a killer with some serious firepower.

melee dps: Nadia, some pretty crazy force powers and saber combat.

ranged tank: M1-4X, high fire power, real tough gear, kills Sith lords. Has been quoted as the most advanced war droid in the galaxy. Second choice would be Xalek, but, he has light armor and abilities that don't seem to make up for it.

melee tank: Khem Val, close tie between him and Scourge, but since he eats souls...

healer: Elara, with my experience in the Republic military I know that they are slightly better than the Imps, so since she's been quoted as the best combat medic in the military...

I'm merely speaking from my personal experience and opinion.

  6. Do not confuse The Sith race and Culture with the Sith Dark Side to the Jedi.

The "Sith" as in the enemy to the Jedi would have existed, even had the Sith "race" been wiped out.

What I'm saying is that if he destroyed 98.7% of the Empire he could probably easily destroy the rest, then proceed to destroy all sith teachings and knowledge, basically a future equivalent of a book burning.

  7. Very well done, I do however, have a few things to point out. If I'm not mistaken, Scourge had a series of visions about who killed the Emperor, two of which Revan killed the Emperor, and I, along with a number of other people, don't believe that Revan was killed in The Foundry. Another thing, I remember the Voss Mystic trial quest, and for the Knight he saw the Emperor and the Emperor said something to the extent of: You cannot redeem me, this will only end in death, and you won't cause it. The Voss Mystic later explained that the vision cannot be changed. Thirdly, I believe Revan himself envisioned him killing the Emperor. Finally, the letter said that the Emperor would rise again, and since the knight didn't kill him the first time, I don't believe he can do it this time. One might say "Well, since Revan was so weak in the Foundry he couldn't possibly kill the Emperor", I disagree, for because Revan was being weakened and fed off by the Emperor, I don't believe he had any time to recover, and even when he was so weak he was the only known person of ever influencing the Emperor. So well done with the post, but, call me a fanboy, but I believe only Revan will kill the Emperor once and for all.
  8. Could you for patch 1.3 or the future implement a companion gear vendor? For instance, I would like my companions such as droids to be able to access top level gear. Also, with companions like Elara, I would like to purchase top level weapons that are currently not available on the republic, like a top level blaster pistol that utilizes the Aim stat.
