It means there is no problem. At least, not the one you describe; 1.2 item customization is working exactly as intended.
yea... Bioware basically says: "Hey, you can now customize your appearance.... but first you have to play 2 months to get the gear worth customizing...."
FIX: MAKE pre-1.2 SETS TRANSFERABLE (rakata,battlemaster...)

Statement: If by "Full 3D space battles" you mean cinematic movie battles, then that.
Addendum: Capitol Ship battles are awesome too as well as Vehicle battles.

Full 3D space battles
- this is the second thing I had in my head when I heard about MMO SWTOR few years ago, so... yes ! pvp style tie fighters vs x-wing cockpit/3rd person ? YES YES
Vehicle combat (eg, AT-ATs)
- It would be interesting if it was done with fast-paced combat .. but again.. it's ground combat. And we already have plenty of ground combat (warones, open world..)
Pod/speeder racing
- definitely Yes! It is just too iconic not to be in a Star Wars game. And also I think you have KOTOR fans around
Capital ship battles
- I'm not sure what is meant by "ship battles", but the first thing on my mind is... warzone.. and then.. Voidstar. It is something we already have and I don't see it like a warzone content. But if it was made in context with 3D space battles (ship landings, turret mounts... you know what I mean), I would say YES

It's currently a bug.. gets fixed in 1.2

What do you what to hear?
They have said server transfers are going to come, but not for a while, and they will announce details when they get closer.
Not all information comes from posts on these boards.
The way these forums react every time they announce something it's a wonder they announce anything at all.
And they are sure as heck not going to give a date until they have it locked down in stone. Look whats happening with the release of 1.2, someone said they hoped to release it in March. Then at the summit it was stated it might happen in April, and the forums started with "You Promised March". If I was BW I would start following Blizzards policy of never releasing any kind of date until it was locked down.
So you (If you are EU) must be playing on the only EU Heavy population server... Come visit NIMAN and then come back and post here

Make open world pvp more rewarding to attract more people*, not only on Ilum but everywhere you encounter an opposite faction member.
*this includes server merges, because there is not enough people to accomplish something like that

As we all know some servers are dead. Not dying, dead! I would like to know when are you going to enable server transfers or when (soon hopefully) do you plan to merge servers ?

I imagine it just looked awkward to have large amounts of fights break out in what is essentially a space mall for military forces.
How about they confine the duel area to the cantinas on the fleet. Perhaps that will make a little more sense.
sense ? do you really need to aditionally make sense for a friendly sparring match to happen ?
No way the engine can handle that.It was perfectly fine in Beta...

Please bring back duels on Fleets.
After all, fleets have become social centers and places where everyone spends most time doing nothing
(waiting for raid, warzones....). It was great in beta, why did you remove it ? -
I think people would like to see "sort by level" option with vendors and GTM... It's so much easier to find desired items that way (especially with PVP weapon vendor)

PVP gear for Jedi knight is just too ugly... I'm very sorry to say that, I absolutely™ love all Knight gear except PVP gear.

I know many will agree that they need to add some kind of galaxy map that can be accessed by "zooming out" from current area so that you can see another planet's area maps...
It is very difficult to explain to someone where something is, when you can't see it yourself.
It's also good for planing and other stuff... you know what I mean..
It really seems like a "must have" feature, I was kind of shocked when I saw it missing.
