    Is your guild actually equipping dread guard gear?

    We have decided that we all have enough alts and enough chars that its actually more efficient to RE all of the mods and enhancements in the dread guard gear and give out using the crafting mats in the guild bank now that we get metric tons of them. With 4 raid groups going its not taking a lot of effort in order to get as many people gear as possible with RE vs fighting for drops. Especially when taking into consideration the minor stat increases and the fact that all of the raids are more execution based rather than gear checks.

     

    Have any other guilds come to this conclusion?

    Advice on macros needed?

    Thank you but if I don't put at least a 1.5 sec delay after each ability, the following ability doesn't fire or do you mean don't increase the delay to 1.6 secs for the charged attack, i.e. keep it at 1.5 secs?

     

    Just a thought, surely if BW were to ban all players who used Macros then the game would shut down pretty fast.

     

    are you using a razer product?

    I read somewhere in the TOS that any form of automation is not tolerated and can lead to being banned from the game...

     

    oh for the love of god this comes up anytime someone talks about a razor product......BW doesnt actually care if you use hardware or software macros....and any MMO if you read their TOS you will see the same thing about automation.

     

    And in all honesty even people without hardware to do it software programs exist that let you set up macros.

     

     

    to the OP......dont do the delay....if you have the delay and a long macro ti will take forever to get a single ability off because the macro will run the delay even if the ability is not ready adding a lot of time in between abilities

    If they would have told us how things were working in the first place!

     

    Seriously it pisses me off that we find out about the destination server forced name changes on the day of instead of preparing us and communicating with us on how the process is going to work...they basically sprung the merges on us.

     

    What happened to the better communication they promised?

    I have been a SWTOR fanboy for a long time...this lack of communication is really starting to irk me.

    Is the CIv 5 expansion really that good? I read reviews that say it doesn't fix core issues with the game still. Civ 4 FTW.

     

    Besides, no doubt SWTOR will be down for emergency maintenance if you choose to raid.

     

    religion and spying adds a LOT of much needed depth

     

    the only real downside anymore is the bipolar AI

    actually ive had more than a few like that....all it takes is a group that isnt paying attention to objectives

    Meh I don't know about orange/black but I do like the way blue-black looks with hammer shot. It'd be nice if more of the attack animations for non force users (or at least both trooper types as my sniper isn't high enough to be able to tell) reflected the color crystal you have in use, but c'est la can't call it particularly high on my wish list overall.

     

    they recently changed a number of the gunslinger animations to use the color crystals last patch.

     

    with my vaguard im usually in a person's face close enough to never actually see the color

    is there any reason as a vanguard tank i should ever care about my color crystals?

     

    i never actually see the thing other than the occasional hammer shot to the far out mob

     

    i feel kinda guilty taking the +41 endurance black orange crystal in our last EC run, no one else could use it, i should be a lil excited about getting a cool color...but all i could think was...meh...not like ill ever see it

     

    I feel kinda shafted in this regard

     

    any other class/spec get this shafted?

    How do i kill a healer as a commando?

    Ok so i got bored of my SS vanguard last week because i got tired of not doing any appreciable dmg in pvp and i cant respec him for the fact that we raid every few nights and i cant afford to respec. So i dusted off my 50 commando and decided she would be my pvp toon

     

     

    HOWEVER every time i see a healer im pretty much just shooting at a wall. I use cryo grenade if it is up to interupt them or maybe bounce them if i can get close enough. But more or less i feel as if i might as well change targets for all the good i do against them. I even see them heal themselves then turn around and heal another person. Now i realize im only in 1/2 BM gear but i dont see this improving anytime soon. On my vanguard even though i couldnt kill them i could at least provide pressure with interupts.

     

    with my commando i cant interupt and i cant DPS them enough hardly move their HP bar

     

     

    so what am i doing wrong???
