  1. As a level 50 Battlemaster Sniper, I feel there are some points vs other classes that could make us feel UP however this doesn't make us a weak class. We aren't the lowest in damage/kill ratio, sometimes we're the highest. I've managed to accept the skills I'm limited to and improvise my play style to make myself effective in any warzone. It actually takes skill to play our class not that it doesn't in others but maybe more so in ours. Sure like all classes some abilities need to be fine tuned but over all, I love my class and find it an exciting challange to play.

qft. pretty much how i feel about the situation

  2. i admit they should have some sort of counter to the DoT dispel. i've long since abandoned marksmanship though. i think in order to make MM more viable theyre going to have to boost the sniper accuracy stat by a large amount. it'd be great to see that skill in MM that grants +1% accuracy per point change to +3% per point

that said, as lethality i've never felt gimped in pvp. i've never run into anybody who knows how to use a dispel though

  3. Think about the possibilities here. How about a special "defecting" storyline? I can totally see that working for mirrored classes, especially the force-users.

Example: a trooper becoming disillusioned with the Republic and wants to go freelance (bounty hunter), etc... So a short quest line that provides that transition. Maybe he could kill a squadron leader for a bounty or something to seal the deal.

And there could be the reverse storyline where the Republic seeks out bounty hunters to join their ranks and puts them through a couple trials.

well i wouldn't expect a defecting storyline. though that would be awesome, it's a lot more work. i was thinking more along the lines of if i'm a sniper, make me a gunslinger with parallel gear/spec. and leave the storyline as finished
