  1. So I bought a weapon from Cartel Market to go along with my jedi alt. Buuuuut ended up retrieving it on a wrong character. Bear in mind, its my first time playing since 2012. I simply dragged the item off to the side of the screen and dropped it in panic, okay?

But now I don't know where to go to get it back, is the item lost forever? Do I have to contact support to get it back? I looked into my collection and it aint there.

  2. Hi... Yes, I just reinstalled the game a few weeks later. Is How much has changed since 2011? I find it difficult to wrap my head around a few things. Like for instance, majority of my item modifications are gone and I have to re-learn them. But can I actually re-learn them?

What about ability to learn orange version of an item by getting a critical success on a blue item and then reverse engineering it. Is that still possible?

Sorry if my questions are stupid, I tried looking for answers on google but most of the links I found are either from 2011 or 2016.

  3. I have been a obsessive synthweaving crafter since launch. I have been infuriated at the % drop rate from RE. After spending millions learning recipes, i have come to the conclusion that i really like the way the system works. You might say why?

Because you are a fool and a moron.

No matter how ahead in schematics you are, someone else will obtain the same schematic if they put enough money and time in it.

Another play might be 2 month late to begin RE the item you already unlocked, but he might luck out and obtain said item after 2 attempts compared to yours 20. He might do 100 RE attempts and get nothing compared to your 20 and so on.

There is NOTHING unique about current crafting system, it stinks.

  4. You have a knockbak and a stun. Marauders neither of it. Stop whining

Is it Mara or Jugg who can leap onto their target? Because Force Leap act as interrupt and stun.

  5. Effect of reusable adrenals could be modified by Biochem skill level.

Purple adrenal could give you 140 aim for 15 seconds if you have 400 biochem. If your character lack biochem skill, you will only get 100 aim for 15 seconds and cool down will be longer. While blue adrenals work as they do right now.

On the other hand, making blues cheaper is also a viable option.

  6. I'm not saying that the class is seriously underpowered by any means but they pale in comparsion to most other classes.

They were intended to be a high dmg range dps class, but they got none of the tools any other class dedicated to dps has.

Unlike the scoundrel/operative they have no heals, vanish or run speed escape basically no way to escape multiple targets focus fire and with weak armor and almost NO defensive skills one stun is the end of them.

I'm not saying that they can't be a deadly or viable BG force but only when everyone pretty much ignores them.

All of their dmg rolls off weapon and kinetic which means it's absorbed by armor, they have only 1 armor debuff at 20% and there dirty fighting talent rely's on low dmg dots to bypass armor and requires setup time they don't have.

The margin for error and reaction time needed is higher then any other class and giving a range class one stun that requires 4 meter range is a joke. Otherwise their forced to rely on flash grenade to save their lives and when there highest dps build is dirty fighting and dot aoe's the targets, this is just silly.

It just seems like this class was not given very much attention in consideration to pvp and lacks the synergy most other classes have.

Pyro Mercenary is in the same boat.

  7. Today was my worst day of PVP, its been bad before, but not as bad as today. I am so frustrated I dont even know how to begin explaining my issues.

Jedi are so powerful, not the Sith, I have no problem dealing with Sith, but the ninja freaks of nature calling themselves Jedi... I remember chasing a Jedi Sage today for 30 seconds, unloading all my abilities at him while he just toss a rock in my direction from time to time, score 3000+ damage and goes back to what he was doing. Before he killed me, I realized he still have 90% of his health.

Jedi Sentinels are like demonic rabbits from duracell commercial, they just keep on going and going and going and when you are finally about to kill one, he just pulls a vanishing act. Half of Sentinels must have studied under David Copperfield, because the vanishing stunts are ridiculous. The guy is right in my face, his pants are on fire, sticky bomb on his face and then he is... gone. He vanished without a trace.

I've always thought that Assassins and Shadows was the sneaky type, guess I was wrong.

Thanks God there isnt many smugglers / operatives in game. Because if every time I stepped outside protected spawn areas and got ambushed by one, knocked down on my *** and... Well, there is no and, just death.

I dont understand how it is fair when somebody can just sneak up on you and kill you without giving you a chance to fight back.

I dont want to talk about Troopers, they are just as gay as Arsenal Mercs. From my point of view, their life consist of: Steady, ready, SPAM! Spam spam spam, spam one ability and do 2000-3500 damage each round.

Can anyone explain me why it was such a great idea to implement expertise? I've been pvp with my level 50 pyrotech mercenary for over a week and I came to conclusion that expertise is a really cheap and dirty stat designed purely to torture and demorilize fresh players.

  8. Sorry if this has been asked before, but blame it on the SWTOR forum search not working LOL!

I've used a few fan SWTOR websites that list which missions Laminasteel can be retrieved.

My "investigation" is 307, and Laminasteel is a grade 4 component (so I'm about the levels needed but on the last 25 missions I've done, I never get any. Is Lamina a "drop" on any planet or from any NPC or loot box or anything?

    Any help would be appreciated.

You are probably talking about a purple mission component. Such components can be purchased from other players or obtained from missions upon critical success (crit).

Having high companion affection contribute to how overall success rate.

  9. It doesn't matter what you would love, stop being so selfish. Your idea would be far too detrimental to the game overall.

    Think before you type, please.

    Options should be optional, right?

It is far too easy to gain XP in this game, just waaay too easy.

  10. 3.Keeping sub 50 brackets healthy and alive-- the more reason people have to pvp the more likely they are to queue up. X should pvp just for the joy of it can be a fine argument if you wish, but it is terribly impractical. Far more folks get drawn in when there's a carrot on that stick you are trying to stab other players with.

I already have a level 50 character, hit 50 on Belsavis mainly because I grind too many heroics and such. My Operative healer alt on the other hand is in his 20s and I am 100% satisfied with how much I can do in warzones together with other level 20s, 30s and 40 players.

I would love an option to NOT get XP from warzone matches, but sadly there is none.

  11. I enjoy playing PVP Warzone, but as of now my character out levels his main quest by 4 levels. If I continue pursuing my pvp addictions the gap will become even bigger. Resulting in dull and unchallenging quest experience.

Is there any way to prevent my character from being showered in experience after each warzone match?

  12. I think it's just about time to call it on its greatest point of offense; this crafting system just isn't fun....

I like your writing and I agree with crafting system not being fun. I've had some moderate success with Armormech, but then suddenly I hit a wall.

Things just went downhill after I got to level 22 items, it became harder to gather enough material to appease RNG Goddess and nobody purchased my blue augmented items for a reasonable price.
