Still broken?
-
Ridiculous that this is still an issue after so many weeks. I've been a subscriber since Beta. VERY close to canceling.
-
Any updates on this?
-
Am I the only one whom find it HILARIOUS that he says the work around is to stick to the outer Perimeter even though a TON of people have said it DO not always work and it's more a case of LUCK if it do work?
Nope, not by a long shot.

I experienced the same. Transported to the fleet, then hit Launch again to get back.
-
I gave up after
- dying from fall damage 12 times
- Malgus reseting when I do manage to hide behind the pillar and avoid the fall damage
- My companions disappear when I try to avoid the fall damage
My experiences as well.

I'm sure by now the OP has defeated Patient Zero, but I wanted to give my experience with him. I am a 99% PvE player, so I have crappy gear, and haven't played much in the past two years. The first time I tried Zero (2 days ago), I brought Quinn to help heal my Lvl 52 Immortal Jugg. Got my butt handed to me, thrice. I left and went to level for a while. Came back a day or so later as a Lvl 54 and used Jaesa. We beat him into submission within 2 minutes. I have no clue if updates since then have nerfed him, but being a higher level obviously helped me.

As soon as I figured out how to actually use the seeker droid to find the seeds, I got the last few in about 2 minutes at each location

These posts were a year ago. I started the game in December and collected datacrons np. but today after patch 1.7 i can not collect any.
I tried to write a ticket, but is says 'unavialable please try again later', which i did and its still the same, so i cant even submit a ticket in regard to the datacron issue :'(
I was able to grab the Bug Town Aim datacron after the patch. Haven't tried for any others yet.

St. Paul here.
Have a 50 Jedi Guardian, a 27 Smuggler Gunslinger, and a 19 Sith Warrior Juggernaut on Darth Bandon. I had a 50 Warrior Marauder, but deleted him and sent the credits to my Jugg

Been there, done that

Thanks everyone! He went back to the fleet and got the quest to *go* to Tatooine to check on the crashed ship. I noticed he still has a couple unfinished quests from Nar Shadaa and Tatooine in his list. Maybe he went to the other planets too soon? I'll talk to him and figure out what he did. Sometimes a 68 year old guy gets confused
Edit - he figured it out last night, I guess. Thanks again!

My uncle is running a JK Guardian (lvl 34 right now) and can't get any of the quests in the Doc storyline on Balmorra. The building entry is red and says he's not eligible for it at this time. He even finished his class quest by killing
Darth Angral
and still nothing, not even the Bonus Series. I don't know what he did, but he and I ran through the entire planet of Balmorra last night for 4 hours trying to find a quest giver he missed. The only ones we found were for Lost Love and the Heroics. I'm a 50 JK, so I've obviously been through there before and am completely stumped. The only places we didn't go were the Imp bases.
He opened a ticket with CS asking them for advice on where to go next, but was told "we can't divulge information about getting a companion yadda yadda yadda". A finished quest log would be awesome to help narrow this down.
Thoughts? Advice?
Thanks

Here is one of my favorites - if a bit long - from Ord Mantell.
Gorry: Come on Foursen. Say it just like I taught you.
4-Sen: The Republic's lackeys will drown in lakes of fire and blood, Master. Death to all who oppose the people's will, Master.
G: Hey there. (To Smuggler slicing the Separatist computer) We've had some trouble with the new power relays. I need to check on the computer core. You mind?
4:Master, I detect the presence of several non-functioning humans. Specifically, the bodies over there. Setting alert status red.
G: Oh no! Foursen, activate combat protocols! We've got to warn the others!
Smuggler: By the stars! Republic troops have invaded our base! (Exagerated gesture of alarm)
4: Master, my sensors detect no evidence of hostile forces.
G: But that doesn't make sense...
S: When was the last time you calibrated that droid's sensors?
G: Not recently enough to take any chances. We need to put the base on alert and rally the men. Here, comrade. If you see any Republic lackeys, use this on them. Let's go Foursen! There's no time to waste!
My favorite so far

I was getting my butt handed to me in this fight, but then I listened to the advice of others on the forums.......
Ignore the clones and just go to town beating on the Emperor. Interrupt his Force Blast and profit
-
-
I was doing well. Went right after him and ignored the clones. Had the Emperor down to 3% and then he 1 shot me. I interrupted Force Blast twice. The third one (the one that killed me) didn't even show as channeling, so never even knew it was coming. Glitch?
Edit....
Just beat him using the "focus all attention on him and ignore the clones" tactic. Worked very well. T7 took care of the clones.

I invited my uncle and brother to play for this friend trial period. My uncle just purchased his subscription today and as soon as my brother tests it out on his older computer, he'll subscribe too if it runs well.

Not very original, but mine is Skiiwalker. Main char is Vaydur.

After many, many attempts, I finally made it through last night without having to get any help. I'm a 42 Marauder (Annihilation build) and used Jaesa. Basically, you have to make sure you keep interrupting the Force Storm, Force Lightning, and Death Field powers that the baddies are queueing up during the fight. Pre-fight, I'd use one of my relics and fire up Saber Ward and Cloak of Pain before force charging into the fight. Keep your companion and yourself out of the holographic damage circle that shows up on the ground during the big fights and, with a little luck, you'll survive. I let out the best, and loudest, Rick Flair "Whoooooo" of my life after I got it done (think I woke up my brother ).
edited to add:
Proper timing with a medipac and Call on the Force were needed too
