Well given how expensive it is I don't think a 3 second cooldown would change much. I wouldn't use it that rapidly without recharge cells or reserve powercell.
-
Incendiary Round already has a 3 second cooldown.
Confused Query: *Mortar Volley* affects Ion Pulse. What? I don't understand.
Incendiary Round has no cooldown and "Rain of Fire" is the skill in Assault Specialist that grants several abilities 9% additional damage to burning targets. It has nothing to do with Mortar Volley.

What about Sith Warriors choke?
It's identical to a Jedi Knight's force stasis.

I didn't roll one primarily because I couldn't stand shooting missiles from their backpack. I actually made a Trooper Commando doe to tracer missle being a horrible animation (but didn't get too far on Pub side). Did they fix the tracer missle animation finally?
I believe they changed Tracer Missile to a wrist rocket animation a while back. They swapped the old animation with Fusion Missile (an AoE dot). If that was your only problem with Merc you should be fine with it now.

Marauders...

Yeah, Sith Warriors certainly make some dramatic noises when pummeled. It took me a while to figure out who was doing that back at launch. -
15 seconds? i take it that force push has quite a long cooldown then,
It's a 1 minute cooldown, not horribly long. Force Choke, Intimidating Roar and Backhand take just as long.

Their CC immunity lasts somewhere from 15-20 seconds (can't remember the exact duration) or until they leave cover and has a 1 minute cooldown. It's easy to tell when CC's won't work, just look for the bigger shield with floating metal parts on the sides. If they move it won't still be active when they reenter cover.
Edit: Forgot to add there's a talent in Marksmanship that reduces the cooldown to 45 seconds.

I'm having this problem as well. It's not frequent enough to be much more than a nuisance though.

I want a hide hat option for Kira and Nadia most, Consular hats rarely fail to be horrifying.
-
There is an option to turn it off somewhere in settings. I can't remember exactly where. I turned mine off shortly after the patch defaulted it to being on.
I'm pretty sure it was there before the patch but was off by default.

You can still pull his bar up and force him to heal, it's a bit more inconvenient though.
-
Not sure what made you lose points, but I can say you definitely don't need level 50 to hit light 5. My Vanguard maxed his light points at about level 38. They could have changed something in the patch though.
-
My healing companions have never healed me if the only remaining mobs are CC'd. They just stand there waiting, I have to manually tell them to heal me. This happened constantly before the patch as well.
I think it's because their AI wants to use an attack at that moment but is unwilling to break your CC, yet instead of switching to something else they just wait patiently for the CC to go away.

Havent heard of this, curious now.
It's called Clairvoyant Strike and is the 31 point skill in the Infiltration tree.
-
I'd half expect him to come back with very little and ranting about premades. That'd be funny.

Male Consular and male Inquisitor are my favorites. I actually don't like the male Warrior voice at all.

Yeah, as far as I've heard the crafting schematics for WH gear will be purchased with credits and crittable for aug slots. Nobody I know likes the look of it though, I'm not expecting to see many people wearing it.

I'd like to play a Kel Dor Jedi, actually.

So you have the time to pay for med pacs, stims, and adrenals when not having them being reusable from biochem, and to farm for every alt, doing dailies so you can pay for the repairs and expenses.
That's not much different from what I've done in every other game with an alchemy style tradeskill. Stocking up on the best consumables you can get isn't supposed to be cheap.
-
I think the new problem with making biochem overall useful for everone is how it screws over all the alts that were made with biochem to also have reusbales as well.
So now, they cant make biochem all of a sudden applicable to how it should work in an MMO, and to be shared with other crafts because if they did that from the beginning, then people would have alts with synweaving and other crafts.
Seriously, which genius thought of pigeon holing biochem?
By pigeon holing bio chem not only do they ruin crafting, but the economy, and open world pvp.
But... with this introduction of 1.2 it looks like they are fixing it, but that only means that people would want to make a lvl 10 alt that has synweaving or whatever other now useful craft... because biochem is still too good.
Good job Bioware. You ruined peoples alts, crafting and how it can fit in the open world with lvl 50 alts and other crafts. Since to give everyone biochem reuasbles is 'fixing' the problem but 4 months too late.
Can someone with MMO experience help these people?
Eh, I kinda figured Biochem was too useful to not get nerfed eventually. I didn't put it on all my alts like most people were because I thought something like this would happen.

Ok, I misunderstood the gear I think.
War Hero Gear is just another Orange Item you can get the set to get the "skin" you like...?
So, where do the new mods and all that which people will be taking out and putting into the "crit oranges" come from?
I had understood the new WH pvp gear had them in it.
If I understand correctly, the Warhero gear without aug slots from the pvp vendors will come with all the mods. It's the crit crafted orange variety that will come empty. Thus you'll buy the normal warhero gear and transfer it to the crafted variety if you want an aug slot.

1. Pin Down
Sever Tendon has a [50 / 100]% chance to immobilize the target for 2 seconds.
2. Jarring Strike
Hidden Strike has a [50 / 100]% chance to knock the target flat on its face for 1.5 seconds.
3. Sleep Dart
Puts the target to sleep for 60 seconds
4. Flash Bang
Detonates a flash bang that blinds up to 5 targets within 5 meters for 8 seconds
5. Debilitate
Deals 312 - 344 energy damage and stuns the target for 4 seconds.
That's exactly two stuns, unless we're counting roots, mezzes and disorients as "stuns" now.

Your Squad looks awesome!
Is Jorgan wearing Jedi Knight gear?
It looks like the 40 guardian pvp chestpiece, "Body Armor of Inexorable Defense".

I've never really understood the rumors of you being rare, almost all of my female friends have been gamers. Actually far more of my male friends have been uninterested in gaming.
How often do you cleanse?
