My sister is having the same issue on her laptop. Seems like it might be an issue specific to Zephyrus laptops.

Sarcasm Font: Bioware is just greedy. I can't believe that they want more money! They think that they can do whatever they want with the game they made, but I have HAD it. I will no longer be subscribing... to a game that I no longer need to subscribe to in order to play.
