This is the typical wanna be elitist troll reply. You come up with a few generic instances that can defend against the power but in reality that crap doesnt work even half of the time. All of these blah blah blah L2P and lolumad replys are a joke.
I have been pvping for 10 years in multiple MMOS on the highest lvls of competition and this power is hands down one of the easiest powers to abuse hardest to defend against and can have the biggest affect on the game. I am not even calling for it to be removed, just adjusted making it harder to abuse.
Oh, teamplay....well, me never!

Look, just because you had SUCH an easy time leveling and gettin lucky with the champ/BM tokens dropping doesnt mean everyone has... BW wont cater to you. Ilum wasnt amde broken... players broke it by exploiting it every single chance they got... So i agree that they remove it cause its just another headache for them to endlessly fix due to dumb ppl using every fiber of their being to exploit it. If you dont like it, QQ moar and go play a another game cause noone wants ur $15 a month
I would put up a bulletin in fron of my house if every 3rd passerby would pay me 15 bucks per a month and then hang a sheet of paper complaining about what a terrible person I am.

I met another gunslinger in another match last night. For a few seconds we were looking at each other in disbelief.

Anny one know why i cant use trick shot or cheap shot in pvp? it works fine in PvE.
probably has a bug in it, considering skills with similar requirements work for at least two other classes I play.

I dont realy understand the complaints about hardware needed for the game.
I run an i5 2300 6Meg mem and use a pretty low end G card Geforce GT 430.
I dont have big issues until I enter Ilum for the 1st time and run into the 2 zergs takes about 10-15 sec then it runs pretty damn sweet for the rest of the time. My settings are are set to High.
Most people will wine on the forums as those who dont are too busy enjoying the game
Yea the game has many issues that do need to get sorted out but it is clear BW will not be listening to the forums and doing their own thing anyway
It is very strange but you ger much much more lag as republic compared to playing empire on Illum.

Please remove HoT effects from teammates after the healer dies. It is unfair that he can heal people after death. Seee where I can take this?

How about spccing into dirty fighting? Or engi for that matter? You should have way better dots than he has on his level. You can also just use Corso as companion for the grappling hook..

I cam say my gunslinger is actually more mobile than my scroundel. There is less time wasted on changing good cover - fire spots during a fight than moving around in stealth, trying to find the right target to strike, avoiding aoe so not to get destealthed, etc.
Besides, you do not have to stay rooted on gunslinger. With good slows to choose from, you can always escape the pissed off guy who goes after you.

./signed. Make iy so we can mute the droind if we choose to. It might have been funny the first three times upon entering the ship after game launch, but by now it is the single most annoying feature of the game.

I would like to suggest implementing an option to mute the ship droid. For me that is by far the most annoying thing in the game.

Jeah WAAR....besides if were talking about it - has anyone played it recently? And if yes - how is it today? worth a second look? Or should i rather return to my beloved conan barb and slice off some bodyparts..?
I used my 14 - day free returning member time. If your chars were in around RR 50 league, forget it. The few people who remained to play so much outgear you, there is no reason to try T4 again.
I know, nostalgia for mass pvp is there, but the reality of WAR...

It is the single most innovative pvp minigame since a long time in MMo's. The best thing is that there are very many combinations + huge luck factor that may determine victory or loosing.

I have to say i keep rolling imp alts now. I cannot resist after trying their storylines (as opposed to Republicab "woe to me" quests). as for World PvP, I will hop back on my rep chars ones such a thing is implemented. Hope it is not never.

They should have made a rollback without any action against accounts.

I find it a bit odd people are quoting Huttball rules when the OP is clearly talking about the Voidstar Republic-only exploit allowing platforming players to jump over the energy wall and start placing the bomb literally the second the match officially starts.
It is an exploit. Anyone caught doing it should be punished appropriately.
Given the existence of at least one video documenting this exploit, I'd be surprised if Bioware wasn't aware of it.
If you see a repub doing this (should be very easy to tell who - look for the idiots standing right next to the door with the bomb, y'know, where they couldn't be unless they exploited), then report them.
I've had this happen to me once. Entertainingly enough, it enraged my fellow Sith and I so much, we slaughtered the cheaters and beat them anyway.
It is not republic only.

No does not happen in both sides, the Republic ship have the form and height to perform the exploit, you cant do it being a Imperial.
Republic Only.
I had it happen that imps planted and even opened before the game started too.

Beinf a Rep player, i do not even blame the imps. But: yes, immediate rollback was absolutely neccesary, No, people are not to be banned or otherwis discuplined for playing the INTENDED content. Intended, because the devs knew very well, that canons DO NOT autokill people and are destructible. They only started the "oh wow, we did not plan it that way' talk after their shares took a hit due to massive orum complaints.

I have noticed that I heal as much as 20% less on my fully heal traited scroundel since the patch. Especially since i run in guild groups and heal the same people.

While GW2 may have great strengths, I assume it will have serious pvp problems just like any other game in the past 5 years or so.
Bioware's genius plan to make faction balance worse in 1.2 :(

What do you think made people feel moved in movies: the pathetic no - brainer dialogues of the do - gooders or the scenes with imperial troops parading before the emperor upon his arrival?
Plus there is no incentive to roll Republic for open world pvp as many of us hoped as such thing barely exists.
