It's 5% chance. It took me like 30 before I finally learned it.
-
Why? The top grenades don't even scale to max level. Why is Biochem allowed to be so much better than Cybertech?

Malgus fight :
- stay on the outer circle when he strafes
- use defensive cooldowns during his " lightning " attacks
It's got nothing to do with the mechanics. The fight is BUGGED. When he does the knock back it launches you through the floor and out of the arena, killing you instantly.
-
The FP is nearly unplayable. Two boss fights send you through the floor, to instant death that doesn't' even reset to the fight so you have to die to them AGAIN. Malgus fight can bug out to the point it's not clearable. Go back to the drawing board.

If you can essentially mix and match classes now... aren't all "meta" characters going to end up the same? I mean literally the same. It's like having everyone reroll as rogues. Sure, rogues are the best DPS, but not everyone wanted to roll one and there were some abilities you had to have from other classes. But now that is no longer a problem. You can literally just be best regardless of class, because classes don't really exist. So... we're all going to end up the same.

DPS shadow, nightmare geared. LF Nightmare guild on republic side. Staying DPS shadow for 3.0.

They murdered the AoE for focus. It isn't even remotely AoE oriented anymore. It makes sense virtually 100% of the time to use your singularity on focused burst. 5% per stack on a sweep is going to amount to garbage. That's the difference between killing one add, or barely wounding 5.

only fools play something useless instead of the most op spec since rage
IKR. Why would you use the best, most powerful spec when you can play something that isn't half as good, especially in PvE? That's ludicrous. Clearly gimping yourself is what makes a good player.
-
Infil Shadow is 100% proc based. Using which abilities depends on what's triggered at the time.
Open with potency for force breach. Spin, spin, throw a rock. Use shadow strike if procced. Use breach if at 3 stacks. Use project if at 2 stacks. If project and breach are at max stacks, breach FIRST, project after. If project is at 2 stacks and shadow strike is procced, use project FIRST, shadow strike after. Use clairvoyant strike whenever nothing else is procced to build stacks for project. Use auto-attack if you don't have force for clairvoyant.

Currently looking for a good ranged DPS
-
Yeah, because a "lame" name is what's important - not progression.
Exactly
-
What a lame sounding team name.
-
Because it should. Next question.
-
Get a 55 Rep DPS and I'll get you one. It's bound to legacy anyways.
-
-
We are now 5/5 DF and 4/5 DP.
Raid nights are Friday/Saturday, 8pm EST.What nights and times do you guys raid? And are you looking for ranged DPS?I am indeed.

This is really nothing more than "qq cry all you want" post so if you don't have the interest of your time being wasted... yeah.
I'm a returnee so to speak. I've not actively been playing the game since before the Hutt expansion, and with the Revan expansion on the way with the 12x EXP bonus I thought to return to the game to try out the latest content.
But the reception I've found from the community thus far is just horrible. I've gotten a character up to level 55, geared it up as best as I could with a few creds and the Oricon storyline. But when I queue'd up for Tactical Flashpoints and level 55 Hard Modes, I've met with nothing but unpleasantries.
A few flashpoints have gone silently smooth, but most of those I've done has had at least one unpleasant individual.
I've been called undergeared with insinuations of being worthless, degraded just because I asked if I could need on gear for my companion and outright harrassed just because I didn't know to run to a medstation straight away.
It is genuinely upsetting to meet such people that seem to have lost their understanding and toleration towards "noobs" with their 180 rated gear and each encounter sours my general experience.
I've met my fair share of a:eek:holes back when I played before the expansions, but the frequency I've now faced has been overwhelming and has really put me off of the thought on queueing back up.
Those kind of people exist in every game. That's the price you pay for playing with PUGs. The only reliable way around it is to find a guild or set raiding group for yourself. There are plenty of guilds more than willing to gear you up from scratch if you're willing to dedicate your time to a set raiding team. PUGs are PUGs. Always have been, always will be. You can't really judge a community by their bottom feeders.

When it comes to damage, Balance has nothing on Serenity. Even in the current patch, Sages have nothing on Shadows. Shadows hit ridiculously hard.

Little fingers can be taunted. The only time you actually have to suck it up as after the droids..
Positional requirement is fine.
And they'll kill whoever taunts them. They have to be on the person standing next to them. That's the whole point. So no, positional requirement not fine. Droids is actually the best part for infil/decep.
-
The procced version of these attacks has no business having a positional requirement. It destroys my DPS in PvE on some critical phases of the fight, like tentacles in Bestia and the fingers in Brontes, things that will always be facing me. My DPS plummets without my hardest hitting attack, and those are two things it's critical that I get down quickly. There is absolutely no reason for me to play burst spec on burst fights when I can't even use it to its potential.
-
Sorry, I heard breasts and that was all I could think about after. What were we talking about again?
-
The other 21 abilities were nerfed pretty bad, so they're all horribly inefficient now. In longer fights, he will eventually use a fourth ability, but it's pretty energy-inefficient.
No, he's a clicker. Other 21 attacks were put on bars too far way from the main bar.
-
"I am armed with 24 distinct weapons technologies."
*Has only 3 attacks*

Which is why I hate progression players.
They openly say that everything beneath them is just trash.
And since they see themselves as the top of the food chain ...
There's an obvious reason for that. It's because you are trash and we are the top of the food chain. Duh.
Who thought it would be a good idea to have the black talon replace kdy?
