OP: the rules are once per fight AND at least 1.5 minutes before you can use it again. (That is, if you use it, finish the fight in ten seconds, and then immediately get in another fight, you'll have to wait one minute 20 seconds in the second fight before you can use it.)

 

i can be out of combat for the whole day & still cant us it intill i die re-zone or relog

i have mad loads of health pot use 1 in combat or not if im out off combat i cant us it the health pot is saying only once per fight im post a screen shot of it now
