  1. Just wanted to post and demonstrate my disappointment with this system as well. I REALLY don't like it and if it becomes the norm I can feel Ill lose interest. All the way through the chapter I didn't hit space bar once, now I find myself just clicking through since the immersion gets lost for me.
  2. I get that some people might like this game a great deal but honestly if it wasn't for the Star wars storyline this would never have even got any attention. Iv just cancelled my subscription to them and I was sure id play it for a least a year when I started. /shrug, I feel happy for those that enjoy it long term I just cant seem to keep up the excitement with theme park games.
  3. People can even fake that by spamming a single ability that is semi-useful and uses a decent amount of resource.

I used to be a raid lead, I had to learn to look for that stuff even with meters. We had one healer who'd also rank last in healing, but never by too much. In combat you saw lots of casting going on.

Eventually a got a mod that showed exactly what spells they were casting. She was casting a crappy AoE heal over and over and over again, only ONE SPELL, and much of her healing was overhealing.

Without those mods, I wouldn't have been able to tell that and her free ride would continue.

    She got booted hard.

Cant tell if you are in support of addons or not? You seem to be the exact reason people dont want them.

  4. Yes Bioware...you have just achieved it. You 've Just tried to Kill your own Product. I have seen companies having bad project management but u have taken a further step. You achieved to be the bad example. You ve made blizzard laughing. I wish i were the CEO of Activision right now...laughing to death with you.

I do think the that SWTOR will roll but you made a very bad impression to all of us. You didn't even try to copy the succesful policies of blizzard regarding customer support.

You launched a game in which the server policy is just rubbish. A kid would think more. You made people to pay for the pre-order and then you let them uncover by letting the already full servers to be subjects to the swarming masses of the "launch" buyers. I have send you a message waiting for your official policy about the server queues...and of course I received no answer.

I was a Bioware's great fan. But now i can say for sure...Blizzard is by far superior because it has a Policy. No game will be launched if they are not 1000% it will roll!

P.S. To The CEO of Bioware: You can now Fire the Launch Project Managers as they did succeed in Failure...! Try me m8 I will ask you less because it seems that I love your Product More than them!

Someone hire this guy! he rocks!

  5. its laggy as ****... ui is broken... they came up with the genius idea of ..... 3 warzones... umm... this amazing so called warhammer team working on the pvp, really didnt bring us anything amazing yet...

Its laggy? just because you play on a casio calculator doesnt mean its the games fault I play on full setting in warzones without a hickup.

  6. With an LFG Tool, I would just queue up, and eventually get put in a group; I wouldn't have to spam general chat with the off-chance of finding one, much less three other interested people

With a cross-server LFG Tool, the results are even better. Take the 5 people on Voss per Server, times the amount of Servers, and suddenly, you have a lot more people that can do Flashpoints together

Yea so it should also port you to the intance, and it should give you a bonus for using the tool and it should give you acheivements for using the dungeon tool. Maybe it should even kill some bosses for you in the instance and double the exp you get when using it, why dont we just make one big server instead of all the smaller ones.

that way i can ninja everything i want and i dont have to care because the population is so big ill have no rep for it...

  7. No, in a month everyone will be level 50, and every leveling zone will be even more deserted than they are now. The only time they'll really be populated is during the next couple weeks, like leveling zones in every MMO/Expansion immediately after launch

    The problem persists

You seriously beleive that in a few weeks lower level zones will be deserted? then we cannot discuss anything further because you obviously have 0 clue.

  8. I have no problem with that. However I wouldn't be all that surprised to see Bioware implimenting some of the things like "LFG" in their own way.

When I play wow ( and yes I do play wow, but no I'm not a fanboy, if you want to discuss how blizzard is wiping that game out we can in another thread) I enjoy LFG because hey it's nice to not have to spam general for 40 minutes to find a group. Personally one thing I hated about it was that it removed any travel for the characters, you didn't have to know how to get to the instance there was no more fighting you way there. I used to enjoy that. If BW decided to make a LFG where it would setup a "meeting point" then the players could move on from there as a group that would be cool.

The funny thing is I've had all these arguments before, when Rift launched and when Aion launched. I left Aion too early to know if they actually put in any of those things but I know Rift did. And their community still stands. People who don't want to use lfd don't and the virtual world keeps turning.

You see morcova now your making sense, that is constructive. and that is something we need to leave up to BW. Your defence of the OP made ya seem like ya wanted what he wanted... wow addons in this game basically.

Personally a LFG channel would be enough for me. But this instant port to zone stuff is stupid, kills the world completely. cuz noone has to leave the fleet.
