Dude if you look at swtoprogress.com you can clearly see there are WAY more Empire guilds than Republic. Like 60% of the Republic guilds on Fatman have 15 members or less.

Counting is hard i know... Just because you think its unbalanced because you want people to go to your server instead of fatman... doesnt mean it is actually unbalanced.

That's the good thing about HoG is both sides are pretty evenly balanced.
