[Didn't recieve my Opal Vulptilla after the test server phase]

I did not receive my Opal Vulptilla from the PTS testing. I completed all the tasks and have not received my mount. Hope you can help me

I had issue where my Stronghold bank and mail wasn't opening so I decided to restart and now I can't get back in and Like said in previous post my queue number is getting higher and not smaller lol .. though it says subscribers get priority log in.

 

Sucks cuz I don't get to play all week now I can't play on the day I have off lol ..

I am subscribed and getting no xp past level 60..(1pt away from 61) no early access to the storyline

 

why is this so? is it because I dont' have a reaccuring subscriber acct? I thought you just had to be subscribed. I'm not FTP or preferred.. I paid my dues

I can't claim any of my CE items other than the yellow/gold crystal we all got for pre-order. that's what i'm most concerned about.. claiming the CE items as I heard there was a time limit?

how do you use this thing that was in the collectors edition.. the security key. I have looked forever trying to figure how to use it. I already put in my code to get to play early and got my crystal but what and how do you use this?
