  1. -More end game content (other then boring dailies ops and flashpoints)

-Server merges (character transfers will not help the population problem if they do i will happily say im wrong)

-More mini games ex pazzak, swoop racing, gambling in the nar shadda casinos etc

-More warzones possibly a team deathmatch with things like turrets and stuff in it and an actual CTF match (no hutt ball is not CTF talking about a big map with 2 bases and 2 flags)

-More guild stuff such as guild ships and maybe even a guild legacy system with guild perks

-Player housing (ship doesnt really count cause u need it to travel to planets ship is more of like a player car then house)

-More planets possibly a large planet loaded with daily missions..talking as many missions on this planet alone then those on ilum belsavis and corellia combined. A massive open PvP world world with many PvP dailies would also be pretty cool.

-Creature mounts such as a tauntaun or the big lizards that obiwan rides in episode 3 the same ones u see on belsavis (i cant spell the name but u know what i talking about)

-More crafting. going back to the swoop racing being able to customize your swoop bike with parts could be a whole new addition for cybertech

-Cross server LFG and cross server PvP

    -Less dead servers

    This...

  2. The UI customization is awesome.

However funnily enough im so used to the original layout that i dont change anything.

The legacy system could not be there for all i care, its a good idea but until they add what 1.3 adds to it, i couldnt care less.

Guild banks are a given, and should have been there at launch, so good on that part.

Overall it aint bad, it adds/changes things that i don't care about though which is a shame.

It would have been far better if it just added an LFG finder

  3. 1.2 really isn't adding anything of priority.

There is more important functions to be added than the legacy system and all that jazz.

I'd much rather have an LFG, which in my eyes is top priority.

If they got rid of the legacy system from 1.2 and replaced it with an LFG, and possible server merges, then i'd be content, but nothing interests me at all about 1.2 apart from maybe guild banks which should have been in there at launch as with many other things.

    I'm subbed untill mid May.

I'm not willing to add anymore time to the game until merges and LFG start to appear.

My whole guild has gone and its just me.

40-60 people in fleet at weekends.

Its all a bit of a joke to be honest.

How they can not merge servers yet i really dont understand.

I'm hoping 1.2 comes out this month so i can have a go on it, but to be honest i dont really care, it really isnt adding anything that the majority of players actually want.

  4. I think it's way too much of a themepark mmo.

Most of us have played WoW and have been there and done that, and a lot of us dont want to do that again.

I feel that this game is too much like WoW in many many ways and that its not doing itself any favours by trying to compete with it.

I dont currently know of any AAA sandbox mmo's apart from eve online which is a niche game to say the least.

So i think that if this was a sandbox of sorts that it will at least be unique compared to other MMO's and will stand out

  5. I honestly dont know.

I do get a feeling of the life of the game slipping away already however, which i hate.

200+ to 40-60 on fleet at peak times is a good indicator of that, at least on my server.

level 39 and not 1 flashpoint run or group quest. stuck at social level 0.

There was a great sense of community when this game first started.

I was always getting into groups, having chats with other guild leaders etc.

Now 47 of my members have quit which just leaves me.

I dont think 1.2 is really going to make the game that much better than it already is.

My highest priority request is an LFG, simply because nobody groups whatsoever on my server and its destroying the multiplayer experience for everyone.

So after reading back what i typed, no i dont think it will last that long unfortuntately

  6. I think its a really good, solid MMO, i think that the levelling experience is by far the best i've experience in comparison to others, WoW, Rift etc.

Im not really a raiding man so hardcore endgame doesnt concern me at all.

The only issue im having with the game is lack of people playing it (on my server anyway) and lack of an LFG.

I have a level 39 BH that i started rolling as an alt.

I havent been able to run 1 flashpoint or even 1 heroic/group quest since nobody is interested, or willing to wait for people to join.

Im sat at Social level 0.

It makes it 10 times worse when there is 40-60 people on the Fleet at peak times.

    Grouping is non-existant.

Even PvP is starting to take 30+ minuites to que for.

Not having an LFG system from the start was Bioware's biggest fail with this game.

Its destroying low pop servers, turning them into single player servers, which is fun, but not what we are paying for.

All other 47 members of my guild have quit so i cant do anything with them either.

I wil contiune to support this game judging on what 1.2 is like, but considering it doesnt add an LFG (which to me is top priority) then it might be lights out for me.

The game is very good in all areas apart from lack of LFG and Illum.

Also that 1.2 features should have been in at launch, then maybe my server might look different.

The game has so much potential to become more unique than its opponents, i just hope bioware know this and dont just copy and paste more things

  7. Im rolling a new BH and im level 39, i havent been able to run 1 flashpoint at all.

    Not even 1 heroic quest.

    My social level is 0.

Nobody is asking/looking or willing to group because of the lack of people on my server (Hex Droid EU PVP)

So yea, a dungeon finder to me is the most important feature that needs implementing and is far more important to me than any feature in 1.2

Massive, massive fail for not having this implemented in the first place. its just so stupid.

If they do not add one before my next subscription is renewed which should hopefully be after 1.2 is released, then i think i will give up, as playing this game alone, although fun, is not what im paying for

  8. I honestly think they should postpone 1.2 until they give us a proper LFG.

Its the single most important feature that SWTOR needs, simply because of the lack of people on low pop servers including mine.

I havent run an instance all the way to level 36, which is not good.

People have given up asking or looking for a group because of the lack of players.

I really think that is way more important than 1.2

  9. give us cross-realm LFG, single realm LFG, i dont care.

anything would be good because nobody on my server is advertising for a group for anything, and noone is joining.

I've levelled my most recent character to level 36 without touching 1 flashpoint because nobody is doing them.

I dont believe its because nobody wants to, its just down to people giving up asking/looking for a group because there are so little players on the imperial fleet. Around 50 peak time is really sad to see when it was once over 200.

For me LFG was the smartest move ever for WoW.

I didnt run any instances until this became available, and because WoW had a terrible community.

The fact that it turned out to be cross-realm in the end, only made it better.

IMO, i really think they should focus on getting an LFG out before touching 1.2.

I do believe it is the single most important feature they need to implement right now.

  10. The funny thing i found was, i was quite bored with the game at a point, i had a level 50 sith warrior, and a level 43 operative.

I seldom played the game for a while, and logged in to see how my guild was doing every now and then.

I then decided to roll a republic trooper and now im absolutely loving it.

I've tried rolling other imperial classes but there was something different and exciting about being on the other side, and to be honest i found it far more entertaining on the republic side.

There is something about being on a less populated side that makes it more interesting.

    More world pvp for example.

The feeling of little vs many and fighting for the right cause even when outnumbered was encouraging.

Not only that but the trooper, even if its supposed to be a mirrored class to the bounty hunter, is way more fun.

You just can't beat toting a stupid big gun around like arnie in terminator 2 with the minigun.

    To add to the pvp.

Republic players also seem to actually use teamwork in warzones.

Constantly calling out tactics which has yet to provide me with a loss in a warzone and im currently level 24.

So, i urge any Imperial player to give Republic a go, especially if you havent got any or many friends and commitments on the Imperial side, its a much different flavour, not to mention the fact that their home planet destroys drummund kaas.

I am so gutted that i never started out as a Republic.

  11. Fill in the blank.

Should we expect a new game to push the genre forward?

Is it ok if a new game does not push the genre forward?

    Not in this case no.

Considering that WoW has been around for years, and this is exactly the same, bar a star wars skin and the odd gimmick, its a bit of a con for people who have been playing WoW for so long.

It's also baffling why dev's even bother copy/pasting things from WoW because with all the time its been around, they've had plenty of opertunity to make things perfect.

It's also annoying to realise that dev's that make games like this just seem to want a piece of the pie that WoW has managed to get.

The problem is, WoW is it's own game, nobody should copy core gameplay elements from it, or if they do, they should at least make it feel different, maybe for endgame etc...

This is why i think this game will be go the way of Rift, whilst not bad, its not brilliant either, like many (including me) thought it would be.

Nothing new added to the genre at all, a massive missed opertunity as far as i'm concerned. Hugely disappointing as well

    /rant lol

  12. i think a lot hinges on this next big patch ..

The problem is tho, what exactly is in the next big patch that actually combats the issues that people are dealing with?

It has a few nice features that to me, should have been in here at launch, but there really isnt anything amazing or game changing in it

  13. 300 to 500k with free to play this time next year. Ask yourself this, take away the Star Wars name, would you still think this is a top notch MMO with the amount of money, time and beta testing done?

I predict and agree with this.

There is nothing unique about this game other than the odd gimmick like crafting, space combat and companions that get uninteresting quickly.

The only thing is the name. such a massive wasted opertunity
