I know on PvE Sorc Madnes/Sage Balance, they reccomend 1860+, so I'm sure it's the same in PvP, as your channeled attacks are done quicker

I prefer the animations of the consular (throwing rocks) over the inquisitor (lightning), and I prefer the animations of the knight (force leap) over the warrior (something about the slow motion leap that the mara has that annoys me). I'm more of a pub side player, I will play imp side when I need to.

The last line is what makes me mad though. I have a wonderful screeny of the first ever 7 man ever, but you posted before and I play by the rules so you guys have the first ever 7 man ever. I had to make a 7-staged trial by fire to decide who to kick from my <7-man only> team to make a team filled the only the best <6-man only>. Once this team was formed, we were able to get this wonderful cheevo I posted earlier.
LOL, you are so funny.... Getting cheevo's for 8 man is easy and is what is being asked for, we did it in 7 man, WITH full proof of the fight. Now you are saying that we are suppose to take your word, that you did it with 6 people with a shot of the cheevo, written on it that it was done in 6 people. no screenshot of the op itself, and no video proof.... Come back when you have full proof, and only then I will retract my statement.

You'll want a much higher shield chance then you have. Probably swap 1 or 2 absorb enhancements or augments to shield. The problem with what you have now is that when you shield, you won't take a lot of damage, but you won't shield as much as you should, so you will take a lot of spiky damage. (Absorb is how much damage you don't take when you shield, so a high absorb is useless without a decent amount of shield).

In regard to this thread, how do my percentages look?
Item rating 240
Health 121525
Armor rating 10715
Damage reduction 41.84%
Defense chance 38.62%
Shield chance 38.00%
Shield absorb 55.28%
I'm running a mix of shield and absorb augments, with Serendipitous Assault, and Focused Retribution relics with absorb augs. Am I missing something? Seem to be taking some good damage at times.

Sage/Sorc is my main, so I'm trying to improve on my DPS output. (currently about 7-7500 on 242's)

As a player with a menagerie of about a dozen sages and sorcs, I disagree with you about TK and Lightning having inadequate dps. TK and Lightning are more than capable of beating any PvE encounter in SM, HM, or - if in the right hands - NiM. There are some tips and tricks that go hand in hand with playing TK and Lightning to their fullest extent:
1.) are you maintaining as close as possible to 100% uptime on targets with weaken mind/affliction (this accounts for scripted downtime shenanigans)? Are you popping mental alacrity/polarity shift (when available) prior to DoTing a target with weaken mind/affliction?
2.) are you using turbulence/thundering blast, tk gust/lightning flash, tk wave/chain lightning, and mind crush/crushing darkness on cooldown?
3.) are you using project/shock as a rotational ability on targets affected by your mc/cd?
4.) are you pulling north of 40 APM in most encounters and are you making every GCD count?
If you do these things and forget to use your threat drop, you will find it very, very easy to rip aggro off of many tanks within a few GCDs.
When you pop Mental Alacrity on Weaken Mind, what is the benefit of it?
Also, what is the reason to use Project in a rotation on Telekenetics?

I'm using the iOS app, tried resetting it a few times, keeps giving me an error, will have to try it again tomorrow.

Has anyone else ran into a security key issue tonight? Security key has been good all the time until tonight. I was finally able to get a one time password e-mailed to me after 25 minutes, deleted the security key and can't get the new one re-learned.
