i cancelled my sub and they sent me the mail that i was given 30 days for free, dream on bioware this game was the worst mmo experiance i have ever had!

Just be amused at the outpouring of butthurt for now. The drama queens will QQ before they even play the patch, but there's many more people who won't.
lol. the problem is that the game wasnt ready to be realesed and they presented the game and ppl choosed the class they wanted to play and now they are chaning the classes ppl choosed, thats not nice of them. owell I'm pretty sure all the ppl that are QQ are going to leave and less ppl are going to be left, at the end this game is going to be a singel game

in a month or so when the servers are empty perhaps Bioware will think twice about not listening to the customers.

this game is already pretty dead, look at the servers, this game did really bad, owell leave and forget. time to play some real mmo when they are reales Gw/terra online will kill this game and when D3 hit the market it will rekille this game agian. and the 1k fanboys left on this game will be like ***** man this game is great and damn the server is full agian!!

lol i have to love this post, sooon there will be alot of fanboys asking us what the heck we are talking about that the servers are full with ppl ^^ yea i agree with you this game is pretty much dead for me today, i canceled my subscription first i was sent to freedom of nadd, then the que was soo long and they told me to reroll so i did and the server i ended up in is imo verey light.
this was one big pieace of ***** to a game

the biggest problem with this game it dosen't feel like a star wars game, there is nothing here i can realet to the movies, SWG you could visit Luke,Leia, Han solo, now that is star wars for me, this is just a big fail. i didn't like Kotor that game didn't feel like star wars, for me star wars is the time were the 3 first movies toke place, the rest is just some crazy spin of a cheap way for lucas art to make cash.

2 vs 8 ?????

Getting a little tired of going in a war zone and its 2-5 republic vs 8 empire. Then it times out and is a instant win for the empire. Devs plz fix this problem. Only let in equal amounts of players at a time. so if only 5 republic players que up only let 5 imp players que ect.so many pvp players have left and the only players left are the casul players that think this new patch 1.2 is great couse it gives away the pvp gear for free, so whats the point in pvping now days, i have also notes that ppl dont care any more they jump in and out of wz... o well

Everyone should have easy access to gear when the point is to have skill. Trust me as soon as everyone gets BM gear it will be SO much easier to balance the classes. Then you will have a " street fighter" based PvP system where you pretty much know your opponent's strengths and weaknesses per class, instead of per outfit. Then it's all about when and how you use your abilities, not what color the other person's +morethanyoudmg lightsaber is.
i don't know what kind of mmo backgrund you have but this game is not going to be balanced that easy it is going to take years for them to fix this, they areonly giving away the pvp gear couse all the pvp guilds left/are leaving. the only way to fill up this pvp slots is to have guys like you to think that this is a good system, but in the end time will tell you what im trying to explain here, the game is over

Hehe you dont see now , but when half your team gives up because they dont give a **** about rate and will get the rewards anyway you will see it.
Not that i care , win or loss in this game is pretty much the same result.
you are right, this easy fix they made to give away the pvp gear is just a sign that there are to little pvp players left and only casul gamers left in this game, most of the hard core guilds are already gone, the only way to save pvp at this point was to do this, I'm pretty sure that Bioware is aware that the population is decreasing and this was the only way to save the thin pvp that this game has to offer, i mean Illium really killed this game for all the pvp guilds, it was broke, and the only way to force the casul noobs to do pvp is to give them the stuff for free, give this game 3-6 more months then it's free 2 play

If there were an unlimited number of players, enough brackets, and a good match making system, then you would only fight players that had equal skill and gear. If you had progression in that system, you would never gain an advantage because as soon as you got more gear you would be matched against other players that also had better gear. The math would be a wash, and your gear upgrades would essentially be cosmetic.
The only way that you'll really be able to see a gear advantage is by being matched against players that you shouldn't need an advantage over to begin with. I'm just not sympathetic to people who threaten to leave if they don't have this. I prefer the systems that are designed to equalize players (bolstering), bring the community together as much as possible (less brackets), and encourage new players to join in (1.2).
for me it's pretty obvious that this game lacks players so the best ide they came up with is to elimanate the hard core players and just go with the casul players, I'm pretty sure Bioware wished that they hade made a better game so that more players would take the empty slots that many server have, this empty slots are going to increase, for me there is nothing left to do in this game as a BM full geared, im done game over. For me the mmo saga continues in anothere game, couse this game was the worst mmo i have ever played, it didn't feel like star wars but the worst thing it didn't feel like an MMO. i really hope that ppl that are going to stay in this game really enjoy this kind of fix becouse I'm pretty sure that most of the MMO vets are going to go next MMO game that is coming around in the conrer, Bioware did a bad job on the starwars saga, i mean it dosent eavan feel like star wars.

It can be utterly confusing. I ask you to please cut down on them, as they can be annoying. Some things I do and do not like are below-
Bad slang:
"Raids"- Why is it so hard to say Ops? It can be incredibly confusing to a new player.
"Taunts"- I am tank-specced and I had NO idea where "taunts" come from, and took forever for me to learn that it's just to grab the attention of the enemy.
"Mobs"- Where does this come from for NPCs? It's the most random name so far.
"Instance"- Don't really have a problem with this one, yet I'm not sure where it comes from, it seems just like an odd term.
"Dungeons"- I assume you mean Flashpoints, and you can not have a worse term. Since when is being in deep space, while being under attack by an enemy cruiser, a "dungeon"?
"Pets"- A companion is a NPC sidekick, not a pet. For pets, see mouse droids, and other droids. I WILL KILL ANYONE WHO CALLS MY COMPANION A PET!!
Slang I'm fine with:
"Aggro"- I don't like the term, but it's the only term i know of to get attention of NPCs.
"Tank"- Well, this is in any MMO, so, it's not really a problem.
"DPS"- Although we rarely mean "Damage Per SECOND", it is useful to understand.
"HP"- Hitpoints, or health. No problem here.
I wont lecture you, but, please, for other player's gaming experience, use standard terms to help people learn how the game works.

Even though its ironic, he has a point.
There is too much clutter to distinguish QQ from actually concern/feedback.
The most imperfect piece to a game, are the people playing it.
don't worry i canceled my subscription in this game and what i have seen alot of players that didn't like the game is doing the same, i just have 30 more days and then im off, the game is going to get verey lonly when the complainers are gone, trust me on this.

Warzones are supposed to be played using teamwork. Its a team of 8, so if you keep on getting owned by a certain player in a wz you just gotta tell your team to focus them more.
No class is invincible.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to attack you. The problem is a lot of players play like this and think their class is the reason they die (see the 1st reply.) You can't run off and try to solo the other team and expect to live very long. Stay close to your team (especially healers) and you'll be more successful.
have you seen the video he is trying to take out 1 vs 1 you can't do that in a wz (well u can but is almost impossible) jedi Sentinel is proberly the only class that didn't get any love from bioware. yes i do have a jedi Sentinel/trooper/gaurdin and i can say that the sentinel is the hardest class in the game

soon the fanboys are going to tell you that you are a bad player and that theJedi Sentinel is the best class in this game, i agree with you Jedi Sentinel get owened by pretty much everything in a wz, perhaps they are good in 1 vs 1 but that is rare that you get the chance to do 1 vs 1 in a wz

hehe me too, this game could be great but there is alot of stuff they need to work on, I'm for one pretty happy that ppl are complaining i see it that ppl really want to make this game great, the ppl that loves the game as it is are just starwars fanboys. we as customers can tell the devs to improve the game!! so we can have a great game in a near future. but i get the feeling the devs/bioware don't really care

I totally agree with you Loxion that is effective. I am level 25 and ive killed 40-50's. I just think its like being thrown in the lions den, even though its effective, and in turn makes you more effective. Its always good to play within your boundaries. Some people like to learn as they go, and even though this is how I learned to play, I am speaking in favor of the ones who like it this way.
Hopefully BW bites the bullet and implements it soon. I know by the time this happens I will be 50, but it might be a good experience to have for making a new character.
Side note: I have been questing as a Jedi and have not run into anyone person playing the Empire (Other than a warzone/arena), does this happen at a certain point in the game?
you don't get anything for killing players in the open world, so no the open world pvp is dead. the only place that was open world pvp was Illium and the sides was like 80 imps aginst 20 rebs, and you only hade like 5-9 fps. so well there isn't any open world pvp in this game

the game lack
Exploration (planet 1-4 are just boring) the game dosent feel alive.
Open world pvp dosen't work.
crafting (the worst crafting in a mmo i have ever seen) everyone picked bio
no player guild progress/no house/ space ship mission suck it's main streem you can't fly free in the space.
there is no freedom at all in this game.
But the bigest problem is the fanboys that don't agree with the mmo vets.
Hardcore guilds are leaving this game lack of stuff to do at lvl 50/ pvpers are going to be out of here as soon as GW 2 reales.
Low server population, it takes 30-45 min to find most of the time ppl give up.
casuals gamers that plays this game loves it, but this is not a good mmo, a good mmo gets you addicted and you want to play or check your charecter 24/7 the community is alive, this game is dead
this game is far from finished
