[When does act 2 end?]

I was wondering when act two ends. I have a level 35 operative that I do not play that much and was wondering how much further i would need to go to get his buff.

This is what i was thinking but it would be a hard choice for me to do it or not. I dont want to take the chance of being the only level 32 to have joined the new server and not be able to run flashpoints
