So it takes 13 "rewards" on the subscriber track to give me <8.7% of an achievement?
There must be one hell of a reward for that achievement... -

No it's not, if you had looked around, you would have found a huge bunch of other topics on the same subject, and specifically on the fact it's the equivalent to the previous season's currency. As soon as it enters your inventory, it looses its uses and then can be sold. Yes it feels really ridiculous to have what is at the end junk in our reward, but that's the way it is.
And what do we get for it?
There are 13 such "rewards" on the sub track, plus 8 Blueprint Fragments Intel (boost to get even more junk) on the Free track.
Each "reward" gives 10 fragments. That's 130 fragments.
What do I get for those 130 fragments? -
The Galactic Seasons subscriber reward track MUST be bugged as it's giving junk loot (Blueprint Fragments) instead of ACTUAL rewards on every page and we know that the devs would never INTENTIONALLY screw over their PAYING subs with worthless crap now, would they?

"One by one" isn't necessary, just open the "deconstruct" window and throw them all in. Slightly faster this way.
Erm..... that's still one-by-one.
Regular junk you just click Sell Junk. It's gone. Credits appear.
This crap takes up all your inventory, you have to delete it one-by-one (no matter which way you do it) and you get SFA for it.
Joy.
It's got me miffed. I log in and try to play but then I check my inventory and lose the mood. -

I just transferred a character to Shae Vizla from Malgus. Transfer went fine, and was pleasantly surprised to see my outfits transferred over.
However, upon looting any gear from NPCs after killing same, I found that head, chest, leg, arm, etc gear was all showing as 0 credits and was unsellable.
This was on Dromund Kaas with a level 23 character that hasn't completed the preliminary chapter yet.
Loot got nerfed. Someone actually thought that this would be a good idea....

So they new stuff drops INSTEAD of what used to drop?
It's not new stuff. It's the same old junk with it's item rating removed... along with the ability to turn it into creds/jawajunk/tokens etc. It's a blatent nerf. Not a happy bunny.
-
Yeah, just ran my heroics and got an inventory of, what is to me, useless junk that I then had to click one-by-one to get rid of. We seem to be moving backwards

You can now purchase whatever amount you'd like from a stack of mats that someone is selling. I bought some green mats today for 2k a piece and I only pulled 10 from the stack of 1800 on the GTN. Honestly I don't remember exactly how I did it but it took me about 10 seconds to play with it and a completely different screen popped up showing me the price per unit.Â
Yeah, thanks, I did finally find this: you had to click the purchase button for another menu to come up, something I obviously didn't do at first as I wasn't going to purchase anything without a unit price. Still don't like the new GTN setup and I HATE the fact I have to type for searches instead of a single shift-click.

Another thing that seems to be missing from the new improved GTN: Price per unit.
ÂGoing to make purchasing crafting materials interesting.
đAnd can you no longer Shift-LeftClick to search? You have to type everything in now?

Can't log in either, on desktop or laptop. Someone needs to feed the hamsters.

After hearing about the new delay of Chapter 16 I was wondering if you guys would be nice enough to change the Alliance Commander Achievement to not include Chapter 16 as a requirement. This is for those of us who are being driven mad that we have to wait a month just for one part of the Achievement .
Â
Also on a side note if 4.7 is being delayed can you readjust the heroic rewards sooner as it will encourage more people to do them again.
Â
Agree. On both points.
-
You have an initial 25% XP increase over what F2P gets. (F2P's rate of XP gain is considered the baseline, with subscribers having a "subscriber bonus" of 25%, which F2P need to buy via XP boost items.)
Â
There it is, I always thought the subscriber was the norm. Wow, that's cheap Bioware. Saying that, I guess the updated armor does work, lol.
-
This is getting ridiculous. The numbers fit quite well if we assume that the xp bonus is additive and you had 50% xp bonus from unknown source
Â
Went back and re-worked my math after realising I'd moved my toon to stronghold and hadn't included Rest bonus (slaps himself in the head). Still doesn't work out right, unless someone can tell me where I'm getting a 25% bonus from before buffs/guild/armor etc.
Â
Unguilded/unbuffed/unrested quest reward 39368
with 3pc bonus - 47242 (+20%)
with 5pc bonus - 51966 (+32%)
Â
Only works out if there's an initial unknown bonus of 25%, making the original reward 31494.4
Then the 3pc + unknown 25% = 50% bonus = 47242
And then 5pc + unknown 25% = 65% bonus = 51966
Â
So, what am I missing?
This is driving me bloody mental!
-
Still not working correctly
Unguilded Lvl 42 Sage on Group Finder Daily:
No armor - 46377xp
3 piece - 54083xp +16.6% (should be 25%)
5 piece - 58719xp +26.6% (should be 40%)
Â
I should be getting 64927xp

Just to be clear, you received you grant last month on 04/08? Which is after when the patch was allegedly put into place. My previous grant was 04/04, just before it went in and I received my grant on 05/07, 33 days after the previous one. So, I guess I will have to wait until 06/07 to see if we are back to 30 days between grants.
Â
What still puzzles me is that my Security Key grant arrives on what should be my monthly anniversary (I am on a 6 month rotation) but somehow how that managed to FUBAR the normal Cartel Coin grants. (Btw, I stopped getting emails about when my grants arrived over a year ago.)
Â
Yes, I received my grant for last month on the 8th, received this month's also on the 8th so back to 30 days. Although, as I stated, my grant is still 24 days late overall. As people have said before, would be so much easier if the grant date stayed as the same day as sub charges instead of the current system (last grant date + 30 days).
-
Received my grant this morning, back to a 30 day gap for the first time since last July, which I'm happy about
Â
Of course, that does mean that my grant is still 24 days late overall...
-
It seems that, since last August, everyone gets their coins on a 33 day cycle. If you send in a ticket, you get told that it's a 30 day cycle with a possibility of being up to 72 hours late but, if it's ALWAYS 72 hours late, it's a 33 day cycle.
Â
-
It seems, at least from the dates I've seen given by other players, that people are receiving their coins on a 33 day cycle, which totally goes against any replies I've gotten from tickets.
Â
Reply to my last ticket
"Subscriber Cartel Coins are granted once during every 30 day period when you are a subscriber. While the coins are often granted on the same day that your subscription renews - this is not always the case. In your situation, you last received your monthly grant of 500 Cartel Coins on February 2nd (you can check this on your Cartel Coin ledger at swtor.com). As there needs to be at least 30 days between each automatic grant, this means that you can expect your March grant to arrive within the next few days.
Please note that it is normal for the monthly coins to be delayed by a few days, however if you still have not received them by Tuesday 8th March please let us know and we will be happy to manually them for you."
Â
To which I pointed out the following problems
No. 1
âSubscriber Cartel Coins are granted once during every 30 day period when you are a subscriberâ This is a blatant lie. I, along with the others I've seen listed, am currently receiving my grant every 33 days.
21st August 2015
23rd Sept 2015
26th Oct 2015
28th Nov 2015
31st Dec 2015
2nd Feb 2016
Thatâs exactly 33 days between each grant. As they so helpfully said, âyou can check this on your Cartel Coin ledger at swtor.comâ.
No.2
âthere needs to be at least 30 days between each automatic grantâ
They don't make up for the late days. That means that, if my grant is going through two or three days late each month, I lose a month's coins each year. They look at it as being 3 days late from last month's grant, in fact it's accumulated to 18 days late since August.
-
Color moduels sell like hot butter.
Â
And what, exactly, does hot butter sell like? Because I've never EVER seen it for sale. Anywhere.
Â
Is it a sex thing?

I sent in a ticket about this very thing this week.
Got this reply

I see two big problems here.

âSubscriber Cartel Coins are granted once during every 30 day period when you are a subscriberâ This is a blatant lie. These are my last six grants

I donât know what planetary calendar they use, but here on earth thatâs exactly 33 days between each grant.
No.2
âthere needs to be at least 30 days between each automatic grantâ
That means that, if my grant is given two or three days late each month, the late days accumulate. It may be 33 days since my last grant but, over the last six months, my grant is now actually 18 days late. As Ksenus wrote, theyâre getting a free month each year. Iâd like to see the reaction if us customers did the same with our subscription fees.
Â
Do us all a favour BW and issue the cartel grant when you take our money. Itâs the right thing to do.

Honestly, if they were to release a SWG2 I would drop this game in a second. I loved that game, especially the crafting. There were so many variables that you rarely had two objects with the same stats. You didn't max out on your weapon/armour crafting? Tough. You better hope you had enough skill to compensate. Imagine that in this game? The forums would explode.
I had a Beast Master on Eclipse that accidentally made an undefeatable critter for one of my guildies. He brought me this bark mite dna as a joke because he wanted a pet called Bugetta. We had some luck with the cooking and out came this ugly little tank bastard that could not be beat. It took me a year to get a critter with similar stats for myself but I do believe that Bugetta was still undefeated when the servers finally shut down
Â
I miss my pets
-
I guess each to their own, I actually prefer the thin blades like the attenuated sets, they look more like the sabers from the original films.
-
I hate to complain about this in the general forum, but I'm SO tired of having my in-game-tickets ignored.
11 days ago i made a mistake of buying a lvl 60 chip with 2000 CC, and then i deleted the character, because i wanted to make a lvl 60 char with the same name.
I'd forgotten to use the chip in the inventory before i deleted the char..... and so now i've spend 2000 CC for nothing..... so ofcourse i made a ticket.... which 10 days hence, is still being ignored.
Â
HELP me to make their customer service better... bump this post until they realise that they have a problem.
Â
Thx

I'm still waiting for a reply to the ticket I submitted on the 1st Jan. Been open now for three weeks. Their response times are pretty appalling

Soooooooo... just ran heroics on Coruscant to test the waters. I don't want to jinx it but, only one piece of fitted gear dropped, the rest was regular junk, 320s, companian gifts and comm lucky bags.
Hard to see from just one planet but, regarding drops, I'm cheerfully optimistic.
