    I like to think so. After THE TWIST, I slowly turned logged out of the game and sat in a shadowed corner for a little while, wondering.

     

    *sits on the couch, writing on a yellow notepad* Interesting... interesting.

    It gave my toon something to ponder on the awkward walk back to the Phantom with Vector, that's for sure.

     

    Did your toon immediately...

     

    ... asked... nay, DEMANDED Vector to allow her to fulfill her womanly duties; you know... to assert her heterosexuality?

     

     

    If it was reversed, I know my character would threaten every companion with death--no, no, that's too merciful--horrifying, unspeakable, and painful acts on their person should they ever so much as whisper it during dreams.

     

    Say something like, "This NEVER happened--UNDERSTAND?? N.E.V.E.R."

    Vector Hyllis: Worst Romance Ever

    I was sooooo excited about romances in this game. I love Alistair in DAO and I even suffered through the whining of Anders is DA2. I was so excited to see who would be my next experience. I jumped to alderaan early just to meet my romanceable character.

     

    ONLY TO FIND OUT HE IS A BUGMAN

     

    Srsly? A bug man? what the whaaat!!!! I am a girl, I dont like bugs and I dont like men who are basically a skin over a bug. I frantically searched the internet to check, he must cease being a bugman at some point right????? BIOWARE WOULD NOT FORCE THIS ON ME RIGHT?!?!?!

     

    WRONG

     

    I am so severely disapointed. I thought about dropping my agent all together. The one romance i get is the worst. Boys get to choose Kaliyo or someone else. And I get a real creep. When are same sex relationships coming out? I would rather have anyone than this freak.

     

    First off, I want to thank all the girl gamers out there who are coming out and speaking their mind on DA I/\/T3RW3BZ LULZ.

     

    Second, trust me when I say this: for the males, the only true wishful-viable romance option was Watcher 2/Keeper. The other options we have are... psycho & ugly and ... slightly less psycho & unattractive.

    I thought Temple wasn't going to be that bad, but then she goes off to kill her own father. This, in spite of the fact I offer an alternative. I would have preferred if we go out there to get him in hiding and he decided to kill himself to snuff out the shame. But, no, she goes off on her own and adds patricide to her To-Do list.

     

     

    Also, we males have to

    marry a Vossian to get the information we need.

    . Which, is disgusting, but we don't have a choice.

     

    The only psycho-chick I liked in the game was that minx from Taris. I've no idea why; she tried to kill me a few dozen times and still....

     

    Again, Watcher 2... she's a keeper (<--- do you see what I did there?) but we are left without. ;->

    I've only had a friend tell me a bit about the Darth Jadus route.

     

    I've heard that Watcher 2 is supposed to be captured if you side with Jadus, but do you remember what happens with her afterwards?

     

    I didn't get that far in beta to know.

     

    This round I am going Lightside, so I will look for:

    (a) the easy way (take the opportunity to talk him out of it and fight his lieutenants) if available;

     

    (b) if not, it's going to be the hard way (fight him--which will involve using all three of our interrupts timed to perfection to keep from getting destroyed by his Force abilities).

     

    We'll see. :-)

    Darth Zhorrid is a very well written, self-centered, smart psychopath... which is why I would prefer her to die. =P

     

    This questline was epic and the choices always made me second guess myself after I took them. Well done, Bioware.

     

    I keep looking for the "game save" button in case I want to go back and redo past decisions but it was nowhere to be found. Is it a bug?? ^.~
