    Seems kind of backwards to me, why do Free to Players get a longer grace period than Preferred?

     

    Come on, free up those 31-50 abandoned accounts with a year of more of inactivity.

    Done Boarding party over a hundred times now, no Unwavering Powertech's Foundry Chestplate has dropped for me, Nor the Vanguard Maelstrom version from Alvena. Gotten the Mercenary's Foundry Chestplate dozens of times though.
