Hey, I just rolled a Sith Warr. as an alt. I'm interested in getting Jaesa, and from what I understand you get her on Hutta? To my understanding that is a low level planet, does she come naturally in the quest line, or do I need to make a detour to get her?

BioWare recently said they're going to allow Orange gear to be modded with end game gems, and like a fool I sold all my Orange gear at 50 thinking I'd never use it again. I was trying to find a really neat Robe (with hood) set, but Torhead doesn't have a lot of screen shots up. Does anybody have a set they like be it from Flashpoints or crafting? screen shots would rock too!

I really want to like Xalek, he feels like he is just better, but it seems like he just drops like a rock in some cases.

I just picked up Xalek, and I bought him some gear to fill in the blank spots, and he has roughly ~2k more HP than Khem, but feels like he dies quickly. Which companion do you guys prefer? Khem or Xalek? Does one benefit more than the other in certain situations?

I played WoW for 5 years, and there was complaints, but like page after page after page, not really.

...these forums. Man, this has become so depressing reading these forums. I come here to try and read up on things in the game, and it's just pages of complaining, some of it isn't even worth crying about, and some of it is being worked on. I don't think this is a bad game, and it will get better in time, people just aren't patient anymore I think.

I played The Matrix Online, back in its day, and it had 2 (what I thought) amazing features. 1. It used AIM, so you could chat with friends outside the game via AIM, and 2. It supported in game MP3/Online Radio. A few people started up independent radio stations etc, and it was an amazing experience to be in game, listen to music etc. I'd love to see something like this come back in SWTOR

I'm always willing to give something new time. Ok, it didn't launch with add-ons so that we could immediately clutter the game, this is probably because they want to work on performance first, who knows. Didn't have a LFD tool, ok, that will come in time, WoW didn't have it right away either. I think people aren't understanding that BioWare can't crank out updates,content etc in a few days, these things take time. I believe the whole purpose of sharding was so 50 people aren't farming one area, making it a fight for resources, I believe this is temporary.

Ok, that's my understanding as well. I run about ~70 or so MS in game, and I've been messing around with it, mainly cause I have no idea how to make proper use of it. So is it safe to say you can set it to a full second? or would that do more harm than good?

I recently saw in the Preferences, a section for ability queuing. Off the top of my head I believe the options were 0.1, 0.0, .25 etc. Can anybody offer me a detailed explanation of exactly what this does? Is there an optimal setting for this?

Posting here to give this thread a bump, as well as a wishlist item.
I'd love to be able to fly my spaceship manually, to a planet, land anywhere on that planet, etc. To do this however, I think the planets would need to be expanded.

I killed her at 31 as Assassin. It took a few attempts, but basically make sure Khem is geared up, pop potions, and interrupt her every chance you get. Use Cooldowns every time they're up.

Yeah I was trying to sell Greens, I was a total noob and didn't RE anything so I have no blues atm.

Well I took it with the intention of making profit. However, it seems like I haven't made a single dime on the GTN. So I'm not seeing a lot of return on it. I keep hearing how slicing is massively OP in terms of getting credits, does it reward gear as well?

I'm level 21, and I have Cybertech and Scavenging both around 140/150, and I'm not creating mods better than what I'm getting from Flashpoint drops etc. I am having trouble keeping my credits up as well (only have about 12k) I have been contemplating picking up Slicing, what do you think?

Sweet. Next question, do you have to be in a group to get the Dark Side points etc? I look at it as a great farming routine for points.

Hey guys, I think I'm just being a huge noob. But, I'm level 21, and I thought I'd go farm Black Talon for possible Orange gear...but I can't find it. Do lower level zones go away as you're higher?

Exactly, I'm being very patient, you have to be with something new. Now give it 6 months to a year, and if a lot of this is still going on, then ok we may have a problem. But until then, just enjoy what you can of it.

I'm happy to see it's so popular we have to wait in a queue. I don't mind them per say (Mine has an hour on some nights) I just log in remote from work and by the time I make it home I'm almost done. The server queues will be fixed in time I believe. WoW had a very similar issue at one point, so it's nothing new.
It feels good...
