  1. Actually, there are more than 1-2 HM FPs that are doable.

     

    Black Talon, False Emperor, Battle of Ilum and Directive 7.

     

    Also it doesn't make sense HM FP last boss drop same loot as operations and the fact that 16 man is way harder than the 8 man for the same loot..

     

    Also The foundry and Boarding Party are doable, so pretty much every HM FP is doable!

  2. No, they have not at all. That is a load of misinformation. There is no way in heck Bioware even reimbursed $80 million of their costs from launch.

     

     

    $59.99*~1.2 million subscribers = ~72 million. AND THAT'S GROSS SALES. Bioware likely received approximately ~12-20 million from that 72 million.

     

     

    So, no, they have not recovered costs at ALL.

     

    And you think it was Bioware who stood for the 100 million? More likely EA and other companys came up with the money.

  3. Depends on the spec and the length of the fight.

     

    PvP = crit/surge (short fights).

    PvE = accuracy/power (long fights and sustained damage).

     

    There's a reason that Rakata Field Tech (Sniper PvE raid set gear) has a lot of power on it.

     

    Surge and crit are very viable for PvE.

     

    Also, alacrity might not be the best idea due to energy management, sure you can dish out your initial damage faster but you will go out of energy real fast.

  4. This isn't happening on the first phase, it happens throughout the full fight, usually when we're about to kill him on the bottom floor, and POOF, there goes our tank, and about 5 seconds later, there goes Soa :/

     

    Hmm strange. We have had that problem once and that was when Soa came active again after the first floor colapse phase. Our tank didn't get the first hit and in he went.

  5. Sure, I'm all for balance and what not, but the hard modes are there for just that, to be hard and a challenge. The only issue I currently have is that the bosses are not in tune with the rest of a flashpoint.

     

    For instance, on boarding party, clearing it was just as easy as going through it on normal, but when you do get to the last boss, it drops a hammer on you, and gives a gear check that should have been placed on the first miniboss or trash pulls.

     

    Thats the kind of balance and adjustment that needs to happen. (And fixing the endgame. Gamebreaking bugs at endgame will do just that, break the game as people stop playing because they're hitting a wall they can't control ie:Soa Despawning because the tank gets pulled in a mind trap:mad:.)

     

    Please, leave the Hards HARD!

     

    Agree with you there. They should rather make hardmodes harder. In my opinion the last encounter in Boarding Party is fine.

     

    Regarding Soa. That problem is easily avoidable. Just let your tank pull aggro before anyone else engages him.

  6. I have no problems with a challenge... so I don't want easymode.

    But maybe just something that makes it more desirable to run PvE content.

     

    I haven't really seen the PvP-gear so I don't know how it is compared to the loot you get from hardmodes. I just know that the hardmode loot is ilvl 126-128. Also, you do get Columni Unassembled stuff from some of the bosses in hardmodes, which has an even higher ilvl. As of now after running about a week of hardmodes +1 run EV I am almost fully epic with most stuff being Columni.
