Why am i not in? My friends and I all bought at the same time.. and 1/2 of us are in and the other 1/2 are waiting. 6 people pre ordered.. and none of us can play because we can't play together... this makes no sense. If you ACTUALLY went in order...

Perhaps businesses need to quit exploiting legal loopholes and bird dogging slimy half-declared car sales pitches and start acting like honest men who will live by a simple standard of straight forward ethics. It isn't that "UP TO 5 DAYS" has a meaning that dances on a slippery slope of meaninglessness for legal reasons, but that it is the corporate style of statement making them liable for nothing (no standards, no quality, no efficiency, no customer service, no product support, no honor, and no truth).
When you create expectation MEET IT. When you make a deal, shake on it and MEAN IT.
Yep. And the deal on the table was "up to 5 days" cowboy.

I have tried to call Customer service twice. First, their security is lame. If you mess up something, well, you have to call Customer Service to unlock your account. Oh, and not just for THIS game. Wait for well over an hour to talk to someone that does not understand English well, spend another 20 minutes to unlock an acct. It was terrible. Today, I tried,and it said the number wasn't available. This does NOT bode well.

My charitable post to all the stupid people telling people A) BW didn't lie or B) we have no right to complain.
1) EGA is not two days early. They extended EGA by 2 days, because thats the average fastest ship time after they dropped the no grace period bomb. It was to try to appease the masses, NOT a gift, and the grace period thing in the first place was 100% a bold faced lie
2) Right to complain, to each their own, you of course have every right to your thoughts, but quit being ignorant and claiming theres no feasable way people are upset, thats BS, they DID lie, this IS a terrible launch, and it is in fact a launch (for all the stupid ppl who thing EGA/launch are different)
3) I would really like a yellow post to answer one question. Do they think this launch is successful and/or would they take the same approach to a future expansion? Cuz if the answer is yes to either, I'd rather just cancel my box before the 20th and go back to WoW
This isn't a launch. This is a "play up to 5 (now 7) days early if you pre-oreder" early access period. Read the fine print homie. They didn't lie:)

You are aware that the US comes in third for worldwide game sales with the EU producing nearly 1 billion Dollars more revenue per year?
That is a great fact if its even current. But it seems pretty irrelevant here hmm.
