And I suppose your ***** does then? You can see in the forum for the last couple of days since it was announced the feelings of people who feel ripped off. What I was truly getting at was that because of this move Bioware is not going to make the same amount of money as they did last time because people will not want to be ripped off again like this. If you want sources read the forums.

So now a "loyal defender" is someone who pays money for an xpac?
No. Loyal defenders are the ones no matter how much Bioware screws over the customers they will be there to defend and kiss ***.

But here is the thing now that we know that all we have to do is wait 5-6 months after the release of a expac we will get it free without the fluff well lets just say Bioware just shot them selves in the foot on making money on expacs. Sure you're gonna have your loyal defenders that will buy it bu a majority of Subs will not.

Standard fare for MMOs guys. It is part of the carrot that gets you to buy the expansion. There is not a single subscription based game out there that gives you a level increase without buying their expansion.
Uh wrong. Lord of the Rings Online does. You just don't have access to the new quests in the area of the expansion. So leveling requires grinding mobs in that area.

SWTOR is my first real MMO (meaning, an MMO that I spent more than 1 month playing), so I might be wrong, but I don't remember Wow or Lotro allowing you to reach the new level cap when an expansion was released and old subscribers didn't buy it.
In LOTRO everybody, sub and FTP, has access to the new level cap and all the book quests but if you do not buy the expansion you can not do the quests in the area or the new raids and 3 mans, you can go there but no quests show up. LOTRO was my first MMO and this started when they went FTP.

Thats interesting since commano/merc can be stunned more than twice without the resolve bar filling (as that guide says). Stun...Stun...dead.
That guide was also posted 10 months ago.

I had to combine all of my toons funds so I could get one of those new tython saber hilts for my fresh guardian to use. Now all of my toons are broke. I ended up using up all of my CC and never got one.

Translation- I whined and whined til I got all these other classes huge nerfs and that was ok- but now that you're trying to get my class nerfed whining isn't the right way.

I'm just curious who is suppose to have the highest DPS at the end of a match? When OP's were on top everybody QQ, then came sages and everybody QQ, when powertech's where on top here came the flood of QQ's, when merc's where flourishing on top of the DPS mountain QQ's brought the mountain down on our heads. Now that warriors and knights are reigning DPS kings here comes the villagers with QQ's. So please answer me this who is suppose to be on top of the DPS chart? Once the "LOLSmashers" as you call them, get nerfed who will be on the QQ'ers radar then?

The cosmetic tab in LotRO would be nice. You can epuip heavy armor even if you are a light armor wearer. Also you have 3 different appearance tabs that you can do full sets of.

Okay lemme just make sure I got your logic straight here. You love this game. F2P games are for kids. This game IS GOING F2P, no way around that, it's going to happen. So essentially you love a game for kids. But you wont play games for kids. So you will cut off your nose to spite your face.

Yes there is maintenance every week. BW states it in there announcement on the front page and in the sticky in this forum.

Wow somebody needs to learn to read before coming on the forums and crying like a 3 yr old. I mean come on it was in the announcement we got a couple weeks ago that we were getting a content update and that they were including a lot of bug fixes. There seems to be a lot of drama queens in this game crying about anything and what is funny is once they make these type of threads and they are proven wrong they never come back and sorry I was to lazy to read the patch notes. I was just going with what was said last night in the chat on DK.

What they are doing is they got tired of seeing all these posts about the servers having huge ques so they said they were bringing the servers down for maintenance to clear up some space.
