    Is it just me or did the update break the game?

    I don't know if this only applies to me but after downloading the patch, I noticed that whenever I tried to log into the game, the game would remain on a loading screen for a long while and afterwards would bring me back to the server selection screen saying that I was logged out due to inactivity. I also noticed that all the US servers remained at light populations.

     

    Is this a problem occurring only to me or are there others suffering the same problems?

     

    Well my game broke after downloading the patch and gave me errors on the launcher and forced a repair.

    Redownloading 17 files and the patch here is to hoping I can connect.

    Any advice for getting referrals?

    Maybe this is a revolutionary suggestion, but if you want bonuses for referring people to the game, perhaps you should, you know... refer people to the game :p

     

    I know, it's shocking, isn't it.

    Just an FYI... Posting them in game chat is a good way to get added to ignore lists and/or reported for spam/harassment as well.

     

    I don't actually know if they are doing any disciplinary for doing it in game chat, but I can tell you that a lot of people's ignore lists are getting pretty full from ignoring people who post. Keep in mind that if you land on enough ignore lists, it's gonna be hard to get groups because if they are pre-forming a group, they won't see you ask to join, and you will not be matched in GF with people on your ignore list.

     

     

    Yes I would love to avoid this type of behavior which is why I asked on the forums without even posting my link.

    I am just seeking info on the subject etc etc etc.

    Hey just curious on if anyone has advice to get referrals?

    Never been able to figure out the proper time to post links etc etc etc and I could really use the rewards for the program since I am trying to get the in game rewards (Cartel coins would be nice also) but the mount / pets are kind of a goal for me.

     

     

    Any advice would be appreciated

    Just so you know: Hold the Line does not work while out of combat. Meaning you're not getting the 30 percent movement increase and wasting the ability. I see so many Troopers do this and it drives me crazy.

     

    Remember some people use it to traverse terrain in pvp/pve otherwise known for stealthies waiting to punt you off into the abyss, but yes when I see people use it out of combat for the move speed I cringe

    Hi I am currently lvl 24 and wondering if anyone can give some advice with leveling as a guardian.

     

    Any tips/tricks would be great.

     

    I currently am running into dmg issues where I cannot keep agro in heroics/flashpoints.

    I can solo just fine.

    All my gear is orange with upgraded mods.

     

    Is vigilance better for leveling then the tank tree?

    Just flipped the side case fan to point directly at the card instead of pulling air out of the case GPU temp dropped 5C at idle 15C with gpu fan cranked up to max.

     

    So my plan is when I go into SWTOR to crank the video card gpu to 100% while im playing then set it back to auto during everything else.

    everything else in my case is cooled extremely well I have a side case fan over the card I can put on to pull air out of the case right over the gpu.

     

    Is this a viable thing to do or should I place it else and pull cool air into the case?

    I haven't been in SWTOR since beta and swapping out card.

     

    I just ran the witcher2 on ultra setting for 10 minutes and it was at like 55 C

     

    Substantially hotter then my less powerful 5670 ati

    I have an I7 960 processor, an ATI Radeon HD 5750 graphics card, 8gb of DDR3 ram.

     

     

    Mainly what I'm asking about is my graphics card. How will it perform? Is it a good graphics card? Outdated? Crap?

     

    I get around 50 fps on LOTRO and 50ish on AOC both highest gfx qualities. How will I fair with SWTOR?

     

    Hey I have a amd processor tad better then ur i7 but lower vidya card during beta 5670 and ran on high.

     

    Just upgraded my video card to a 560ti so I assume u should be more then fine with ur setup

    HELP....

     

    I got a new video card today. I have this little stick thing that is supposed to go on the card to monitor the temps. Where do I put it on the video card or does it not matter

     

    Also my specs are

     

    AMD x4 965 BE overclocked to 3.8ghz stable

    Radeon 56701gb Being upgraded today into a Nvidia gtx 560ti

    8gb ram

    120gb ss drive for games and OS

     

    Will I be able to run on max settings with the new nvidia card I ran on max setting on the radeon 5670 with about 40 fps no AA.
