    I'd prefer a space station. One that could be moved to a few select places in space. One location might include a secluded place on the outer rim. There could even be a special price (or token) charged for moving said station to its "new" location.

    (It should be noted that this is NOT the same thing as a penthouse location on a LARGE station such as we have right now.)

     

     

    Included might some of the following points of interest:

    ** Three observation decks / rooms: one with special breath-taking view of space.

    ** Three docking ports (preferably) and one shuttle bay (with functional door).

    ** Defensive platforms: possibly mobile and not attached to said station (unlocked separately from station).

    ** Smaller than Rishi ...

    ** Larger than Mannan (inside rooms)

    ** Initially I would suggest 1000 - 1200 hooks to decorate

    ** Several floors ... some with windows .. some without.

    (just a few thoughts!)

    I too love the arc and hopes it continues.

     

    But I love how clueless your home faction is.

    On Dantooine : Random Jedi: "how did the Imperials get here before we did?"

    Me (saboteur, red-blade toting, dressed in Sith wardrobe, lightning-wielding, Sith Purebred DS5 "Jedi" Battlemaster): "Sorry, no clue".

    (walks away whistling the "Imperial march")....

    Well I hope this is not true. After reading this I couldn't help think about the 'crew' left on. I worked for a publisher that was going under years ago and I was in a position that dealt with clients a lot. No clients knew and we had to continue to plod along as if nothing was going on. Not lying but "withholding the truth" I guess. Either way it sucked! AND either way, it has been an awesome run. So.... suggestions for 8.0? :eek:

    Dang it why you gotta bring up galaxies again.. (I cry)

    sorry... just a large part of my MMO experiences. Weird tho.. 10 years plus here and only 7 with SWG but so many more memories and T-shirts.

    Oh I kinda love some of the new 'stuff' just a gluten for "story", The guild I'm in, we run Story Mode OPs on Fridays and Officer usually explains the boss mechanics and connection to story for new guildies but still runs thru same even if all Vets. Of course when all Vets, the story usually gets expanded on in the form of humor. Always cool when a new guildie get achievements too! Go figure... entertainment... I know, way off base here. "Careful of the Bridge Boss!" :rolleyes::)

    Wonder if any MMOs have ever added content to "leveling" as opposed to "endgame"? Incentive to create a new toon and level them up would be kinda nice I'd think. I mean the Old Republic's story is pretty cool. To be fair, leveling a toon after you've done it a few times will always be tedious but if a little new content (hehe kinda like the amount in 7.0).... even just a side quest or two, would ease the pain a little.

    Please just allow me to follow the story...

    Hello everyone,

     

    So I sometimes create a new character to go through the (arguably) best content of SWTOR: the original story. As I am doing that not for rewards or speedy leveling or anything, I like to stick to the story chronologically . So I want to play all the content in order to follow all the events of levels 1-50 (with the exception of OPS).

     

    As of 7.0, I can't. Which is pretty frustrating. I understand that you want to discourage people from running HS all day, but did you think about the consequences of this incredibly unfriendly solution?

     

    I am stuck at Balmorra now, it is time for me to do the Bonus series and I cannot get the quest. I can even talk to the questgiver after which nothing happens. Surely there must be a way to make both a rotational system and still allow us to play all the content.

     

    It was bad enough that quite a few quests were cut from the original game and you made it so you have to opt in for half the quests...and now this. Please just leave the best part of this game intact. Especially since 7.0 seems to be driving away your older players, It would be smart to be friendly to new players that want to enjoy the whole story, no?
