If you're refering to Threat of Peace, that web comic series is based on almost an entire generation before the current events of TOR. A physically fit younger man can easily become a porty middle aged person.

I saw a picture of him from before the game starts, and he's skinny. So how does he get so freaking fat?

She always has the shock collar on in that costume, no matter what you do. If you leave the shock collar on, when you change her costume to something besides the original the collar won't show. It's a part of the original costume.
