What gets me is the retarded collars on all of our dusters, why cant we just pick up an agent duster? Which they can get as early as lv 30. On the upside our WH gear looks waaaay better.

I run 95% basic 105% tech for pvp. I've almost never seen a miss and having the huge increase to power/surge/crit is much better imo, now this is only viable for DF, for SS you would def want 100% basic.

[Lethality PvP Gear (Medic, Tech, Enf?)]

For the most part you'll want field tech, then when your fully geared you can buy force-mystics (or whatever the inquis version is) gloves for the nice power/surge enhancement and replace most of your accuracy ones with 45 end on em, this allows you to stay near 95% accuracy (105% tech accuracy) which is all you need for lethality, while being at about 78% surge and 41% crit (53% dot crit chance) and around 600-650 power. This ideal setup will ofcourse require you to buy the gloves like 5 times which takes a loooooong time.

DW mechanics make us better. With the changes to Illegal Mods, we are drastically advantaged over snipers right now.

Ive noticed almost all of this as well. Pulse det does almost nothing now, huge ability delay or complete unresponsiveness (Cover also seems even worse), Hunker is worse and now seems to take longer to actually work (I was knocked back multiple times today half way through the duration). Flash occasionally does nothing. My crits seems to be way less even though I picked up about 220 constant power and another 80 cunning from extra augs (pre patch I could easily hit for 5400-5600 on a fellow WH sage I duel with, today did the same thing and the highest I was able to hit was about 4900). In all fairness Def Screen is a bunch of win and the new illegal mods helps a ton vs Assassins/Powertechs (and their mirrors).

 

[/sarcasm] Another fun thing I noticed was in huttball I'de use the vent then get ported around wildly and finally land and take anywhere from 4-8k fall dmg, one time I took my entire health 19k hp in fall dmg, super awesome! [/sarcasm]

[SS/Sabo Hybrid]

As it is now SS/Sab is awesome for PvE. I personally spec up to trickshot and its cool down reduction then going up to contingency charges in sab. I can effectively spam a full rotation endlessly with enough energy to throw in my internal dot and blaster whips for the hell of it.

 

Sadly this wont be possible come 1.3 as they're moving the energy regen in the SS tree to the capstone ability so your not able to go fully into SS while having enough points to still grab contingency for the imba energy regen. I'm planning to just go SS for pve and pvp with slightly modified builds for each. The new SS tree is the ****.

 

EDIT: And I just realised your 17 so none of what I said matters, I leveled as SS. You cant really pull off a SS/sab build without being lv 50

Camp Relic of Boundless Ages I believe its called, does internal dmg. But honestly your prolly better off just getting a mount for 200 daily comms, with 1.3 in a few days the new bis will be 2x War Hero power relics.
